Who are you?

Both king and queen kept sitting next to their child waiting for her to get up, due to which they skipped all other jobs. Not only them but also the people who know about princess's condition was worried, which resulted in complete silence of the palace. That day the King didn't organized any court , which really caused a lot of commotion between the ministers and officials claiming that ' how can an Emperor be so negligent about his kingdom and wasting time on a mere princess '.

In the afternoon, something happened that shocked everyone,

Princess woke up from her deep sleep suddenly, seeing this both Surica and Selemon hugged her tightly while crying. Queen kissed her face many times, placed Lavina's Small hands on her face and kissed them while saying " You are awake my child....now don't ever try to scare your mumma like this, do you know how worried I was?". Elvish kept holding Lavina's hand next to his cheek while weeping.

But during this both king and queen didn't notice the reaction on Lavina's face which was of confusion, due to which she suddenly withdrew Both of her hands and retreated backward on the bed while clasping the quilt tightly with her hands and said

"WHO ARE YOU?".

Both Surica and Selemon were stunned, at that moment they didn't believed on what they had just heard. For a moment they just felt

'the rug swept under their feets'. Surica suddenly grabbed her hand and said while crying" sweet heart , it's me...your mumma...look carefully....i am your mother....just call me mother once...you will, right...you are just being mischievous....you still remember me... right". She was trying to convince herself very hard and that was clearly visible. Elvish again grabbed her hand and placed it on his face and said" princess, look its me....your daddy....look carefully..... don't be so mischievous...look your mother is crying". But again she retreated her hands and said in a loud voice," I DON'T KNOW YOU, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE".

While saying this some changes were visible, her hairs were slowly floating little by little just like what they saw in the morning , but this time both her parents didn't listened to her instead hugged her tightly while weeping.

This time Lavina was shocked, earlier she was getting irritated from these two persons but now this feeling was giving her a sense of familiarity, security, an inner relief and most importantly it felt like something she always desired but when, she didn't remember. Due to these mixed feeling she also started crying and even she didn't notice when her hands moved on their own and hugged them. She said while stuttering" Mumma.... daddy....".

Surica was very happy and kissed her face multiple time. Lavina who was still weeping asked in a frail tone "Mumma.... Who I am? I don't remember...Who I am?". This sentence shocked Surica and she suddenly grabbed her face with her hands and said" You are my daughter Lavina, princess of Dollmaire , Mumma and daddy's beloved...just this is important nothing else". Lavina nodded and called out her name 'Lavina'.

Selemon who was sitting beside her said to Surica" Are you done, now leave my princess to me. She will play with her beloved Dad" and with this he lifted her in her arms and went outside the room. Due to the sounds earlier there were already some maids outside the room and one of them was Kaith who was waiting for the princess. When king came out everyone greeted him, he introduced Kaith to Lavina and after some more introductions she learned about a lot of peoples inside the palace.

Both king and queen were worried due to their child' sudden memory loss but they didn't let their worries came on their faces.Everyone was happy again, the reason of their happiness was the princess who was now all well and They didn't cared about princess's Amnesia and treated her like they used to do.

After some days it was observed that other than her memory loss a lot of things changed in her attitude, now she used to talk more maturely and seriously, and most importantly

she became very short tempered. She started to get irritated on very small matters , the most recent one happened during breakfast when a maid suddenly filled her glass of water without her permission, on which she got annoyed and splashed the whole glass on to the ground. Not only she got irritated but sometimes her powers started to loose control in her vexed state . On her order all those who were not pleasing to her were dismissed from the palace.

But with the passing days, when everyone was hoping that things will get back to normal, they all ended up in disappointment. Because instead of getting normal things got even more worse. Things exceeded when Lavina almost strangled a maid nearly to death, just because she suddenly bumped into her. This incident was kept a secret, since the maid was alive, so she was compensated and was shifted to other area where she will never be seen by the princess.

But this incident made king and queen even more worried and one of the reasons behind stress was that the day of meeting had arrived when Lavina will go to meet Nepthal.

Earlier she used to wait anxiously for her meeting but this time, she didn't even remember him. When both rhe king and queen were strolling in their rose garden Surica said" Your Highness, if Nepthal get to know that Lavina has forget him, he will definitely become sad...." in a worried tone, looking at her wife agonized he hugged her back and said" Don't worry...she will not go tomorrow, if Elvish asks ....I will explain him, i am sure he will understand ".

" It can be skipped once or twice....but what about later, One day she will be questioned ....what will we do then?"said Surica.

While caressing her head he said " I was thinking....of cancelling their engagement.....by doing so everything will be alright..... Nepthal will also be safe this way...."

"But what about Lavina...there will be a time when we cannot hide this fact...what are we going to do at that time."and with this she started weeping.

" I will found a solution for that ... but now...our first priority is to take care of our daughter.....she will become normal one day.....my heart says this, until then don't worry about this and take good care of yourself" he continued " You know what?.....you look the most beautiful when you're smiling....."and with this he placed a kiss on her lips.
