Another day inside this mansion and I will go crazy. The maids didn't come close to me if I don't ask them, and there is no sign of that Mr. Rivera and that lecherous glasses man.

The days are pretty much the same.

"I want to go out," I said to the one maid attending to my breakfast.

I don't know her name, but she was very attentive and none of my words of insults to her master can taunt her like the others.

She had a perfect poker mask.

"Yes, Miss Lark," she said without a smile, "you can explore wherever you want."

So they are not afraid of me. How confident.

Well, at least I can go out and look around this creepy place. I need to exercise a bit, right?

The house was big, though, not enormous. Many rooms were ordinary, not much furniture, as if they were never used. The lower floor was even more empty.

Where do those creatures sleep?
