Planet And Federation

Arthur was slowly absorbing the knowledge that he recently got. It was clearly very new to him to associate terms such as dimension and cosmic energy to real life! After all, it was just yesterday that he was a normal human on Earth. Normal means completely fucking average...

"Okay, so now do you have anything else to say because as good as this place sounds... I wanna leave this shitty place ASAP. I need some time to digest everything...It has been one hell of a ride from Earth to- well, wherever the fuck this is."

[Sir, I have already informed you of the basic things that you needed to know. For the time being, you should concentrate on finding enough cosmic energy to unlock Gene Enhancing Module.]

[If you want to leave, you have to just think about it and concentrate on that feeling. You can enter here just the same way but due to limited energy you can at most enter twice every 12 hours.]

"See you later then..." Arthur closed his eyes and pictured himself inside his room.

The next moment he appeared just where he left, inside the room on top of the bed... "Phew That was really fucking complicated. But as I am not on Earth anymore, I guess this will become the reality for me and the things that I could only Imagine are going to appear right in front of my eyes."

He stretched his body and found that he felt a little tired both physically and mentally.

"AI002 are you there?"

[I am here. No need to speak aloud, just think.]

"Yeah-yeah, I get it. This AI002 shit is quite a mouthful... Do you probably have a name or any preference of some sort?" Arthur felt weird addressing someone as AI002. Although it was an artificially made clone but he looked human.

[...]

[Sir, my full name is AI002-XADAM451. You can call me Adam or 451]

"Okay, Adam sounds good... but believe me you don't look like an Adam, you are more like a Kratos, or a Leonidas."

Arthur yawned and again jumped on his bed and started thinking about this strange world he came to. It was so advanced in terms of technology and culture that he could not see even a shadow of his previous world from it.

Mankind was more intelligent, sophisticated, and much more ruthless. They had to because kindness was a gift that it could not afford to give during the exploration of the universe. We learned that kindness to others often meant destruction of whole civilization.

Due to interstellar exploration, mankind encountered many alien species along the way. Some were kind and were easy to exchange information and culture. They were willing to share their knowledge and culture along with adapting our culture. They believed in growing together as a group.

While some of them were against the Idea of merging in any way. So, In order to put an end to clashes and wars, the higher levels of each group had to come together and they came up with a solution.

They divided all the ethnic groups into different domains- a region in space. Each domain was governed by an organisation made up of the top powerhouses of that race.

This planet was inside the domain governed by Human Federation. It obviously consisted of humans, well at least majority of it.

Humans believed that love didn't discriminate between races and species. So they married whoever they liked and loved. Thus creating sub species among themselves. The newborn had the positive points of both species. Some were driven by love, some were driven by power of the hybrids, and some were driven by pure lust.

Across the many alien species, there were many that justified the human aesthetic sense. Some became most sought after species to 'mate' among the humans.

The planet had majority of humans and different minority alien groups. It was governed by the Human Federation.

It was divided into two continents. The Southern Continent and the Northern Continent. Southern continent covered 60% land area of the whole planet, while Northern continent covered about 40% of the land area and most of it was made up of ice capes.

The two continents were divided by the sea. They weren't connected by land at any point and travelling between these continents required permission from the Human Federation.

The Northern continent had three major races. 'Pure Bloods', 'Moonstone Tribe', and 'Egnots'.

The Pure Bloods were Vampire like creatures. They looked similar to human beings in body shape but had the ability to shift their shape into a bat like creature.

Moonstone tribe was a tribe of werewolves. They were a product of mating of humans and 'Vulks'-wolf looking aliens.

Egnots were aliens that looked like Monkeys. Just they have huge, bulky bodies and could speak fluently in 10,000-fucking-languages. They loved war and lived for war. Their brains were hardwired to fight day and night.

Due to globalisation on an interstellar level, the cultures of all the different aliens were mixed and a new culture was formed. They all spoke in an universal language that made trading between them possible.

Arthur lived on the Sector-7 of the Southern continent. There were a total of 100 Sectors in the southern continent each having an area of roughly 500,000 square kilometers. Each sector was under the jurisdiction of Human Federation or Federation in short. The Northern continent was was divided into three regions only.

Arthur was a high school student, and final examinations were just after two months. He had little to no time to study anything. But surprisingly enough, the education system was completely different from Earth's. Students had to be examined on two factors: Physical Strength and Theoretical knowledge.

The Physical Strength was tested through one-on-one spar and various other physical exercises like weight lifting, running, etc. While the theoretical knowledge was judged based on an oral test. There was no such thing as a written examination. And the content of theoretical test were just the knowledge about different alien species, ores, elements, geography, and vehicles.

Knowledge about the vehicles such as spaceships, levitating- cars, skateboards, etc was compulsory for a student.

After passing the final exams, students are selected by various Academies based on their result and area of interest. For example if a particular student is interested in studying teleportation through a wormhole then s/he will be approached by Academies in that area.

Arthur was average student, he only made enough efforts to get average marks and never exploited his real potential. A part of the reason being that he didn't like being in the limelight, and another part being his extreme dislike towards high level of the society, like his parents.

They never had time for him. They had their own set of priorities and he was never on top of that list.

"I also have an elder brother, huh. Albert. He is six years older than me and is going to complete his graduation from Military Academy." Arthur was going through the memories once more and trying to integrate them more perfectly.

Albert was Arthur's elder brother who was six years older than him. He was extremely talented in art of war and had A class genes. Arthur was dependent on his brother since he could remember. Until Albert left the planet and joined Military academy.

Military academy was financed and supported by the Federation. It was one of the toppest academies and also one of the toughest to get into. They didn't care about anyone's background but only about one thing, i.e. talent. The graduates of the Military academy were the pillars that supported the human civilization.

"This guy also wanted to go to the military academy... Buddy, let's make a realistic goal first! Let me think about the other good options that I have..." Arthur didn't think he could enter Military academy at his current level. Even having other dimension couldn't help in the short amount of time not to mention that he don't even have a single cosmic coin in his hands.

The only key university Arthur could join was World Academy. It was open to almost every species across the universe and the quality was surprisingly top notch. It was jointly funded by all the major organisations(like human federation) of the universe.

The current headmaster was also a human just like him. So this was the best academy he was hoping to get into. He needed more exposure into the universe rather than staying on this planet.

"I should get a fucking sleep. It has been a long day, who knows I might wake up and this is just a fucking dream..." Arthur muttered as he gently slipped into his dreams.
