Chapter 12

A moment of silence and then;

'Pu hahahahhaha..' Seyron bursts into laughter.

Nathen and Aaya look very confused and dumbstruck. Nathen then says,' What?'

Seyron exclaims,' What a lame joke!, oh man you didn't find anything else?' You think we are idiots?'

'No I am telling the truth, you wanna see?' says Saince.

'Are you kidding, of course not.' Nathen stops Saince from doing that awkward thing. "So that was why his mother was so eager for the marriage.'

'Then, why did you wanted to marry my sister and wait did she knew? I get it, you killed her because she knew this about you.' Saince says.

'Wait no, let me tell you the truth, actually mom wanted me to marry a decent girl, I was against her but I couldn't stop so I ended up there and Seyra knew that I was a gay since the day we first met. Guys, please I beg you, don't share this secret of mine to anyone.' he kneels.

"What was with that girl trying to marry him, wait so did she loved him truly no that couldn't be then... what in the world was gotten within her brain?'' Mr. Melon thinks.

Seyron says ,'So you aren't my sister's murderer?'

Saince replies ,'Of course not.'

'Then, we should go now, sorry to disturb you.' Nathen takes Seyron with him and Aaya comes with them.

* In the car*

'Guys, do you actually believe what he said?' Seyron says hoping someone will agree.

'Maybe yes and maybe not, can't say anything.' responds Nathen.

Aaya speaks ,'I don't get anything, what's actually happening?'

'This is getting more and more complex.' Nathen looks tense.

After a while, they reach home and go to their apartments.

For two hours, Nathen studies books in his room and Aaya wanders in the hall.

He eats dinner then and Aaya quietly sits down.

He goes in his room, 'Good night Aaya, you should sleep too, it's already 10 pm.'

Aaya quietly laughs, ' I can't sleep.'

'I am sorry, ..... so do you think he was lying?'

'No it's fine and ... I am just thinking that what could be his profession working so hard with those many papers on his drawer and some burnt papers on the fireplace, he had interesting books from romance genre, so can't say anything. You should.... go sleep.'

Nathen looks very confused. He wanders here and there , sits at the sofa with his hands on his head thinking, what is happening these past days, everything's beyond control.

After a while he suddenly stands up and moves towards the door. 'Where are you going?' Aaya speaks. He replies,' To know the answers.' and wearing his jackets and picking car keys goes to the parking lot. A lighting bolts and sounds of thunders growls. ( It will rain soon.) He drives his car and stops it far from Saince's house and climbs the wall and goes inside like a thief.

* A sound of great thunder*

It's dark inside and raining heavily outside. he sneaks in the hall through window. Everything's dark and he flashes light on his cell phone and starts searching without even caring what will happen if Saince finds out. He searches the drawer but everything looks empty, fireplace is spick and span too, there's no clue, then suddenly opens the lowest drawer and tears the brown cover, there he finds bundle of papers. To his astonishment, in one of the papers was written Love Letter to my dear baby, he reads through it, this was written on the paper;

My dear baby,

Don't be sad. Next Monday I will pack my things, come pick me up at 11 pm. I know mom will never agree, so we have to run away. I love you.

And the most shocking news, at last there was written;

Your sweetheart

Aaya

The paper falls on the floor and lights on, he gains a huge shock, what he was expecting and what was the truth. Saince comes downstairs clapping his hand. 'So, Mr. Lawyer, you aren't as stupid as I thought.'

'You, you.... huh?' Nathen takes a step back.

Saince moves forward to beat him, 'Now, that you know the truth, you shouldn't live.'

Nathen blocks him and tries to punch. Both of them fight, He makes Saince kneel down but suddenly Saince takes the near vase and breaks into Mr. Melon's head. He becomes unconscious and falls down.

To be continued.
