Chapter 34

Hoseok and the others were on the stage talking excitedly how they should approach and engage with the Army between their songs, they started to rehearse when he felt his phone vibrating against his thigh.

He kept his composure until they finished with the song, he took his phone out with the first chance he got.

"I wish you all the luck I can give you for your live performance, may it light up the stage, I know it might be early to say this but I really miss you, Hoseok."

His heart melted at her words. He typed quickly before Namjoon saw that he wasn't paying attention.

"Aya your words have given me back my energy, it is never too early nor too late, I miss you too."

He switched his phone off after sending the text, they are nearing the end of practice before the whole dome becomes one Army. Namjoon motioned at them, they huddled closer.

"This is what we have been waiting for, let's do this!"

They all let out cheers, the crew was scrabbling around to make sure everything was in order for wardrobe changes between songs. They entered the backroom, Hoseok took a breath in.

Maybe he should leave his phone on but on silent not even on vibrate. Will Namjoon read his messages? He did trust Namjoon wouldn't go that far as to do that.

He sat down in front of the vanity, he took out his phone, still pondering if he should leave it on. Jimin sat down next to him, they were being prepped.

"You ready Hobi?"

"As I'll ever be Jimin." He turned on his phone.

"And you Jimin? Or are you too excited?"

Jimin smiled at Hoseok. "Oh, you have no idea how nervous I am right now."

"You'll be just fine, Jimin." Hoseok looked down at the bracelet on his wrist, he smiled, everything for her.

They paused as they hear the thunderous sound entering the dome, they looked at each other and smiled, putting their hands together. "Bangtan! Bangtan! Bangtan!"

Aya woke up to her alarm, she yawned and stretched, she looked around, did she really sleep all night on the couch?

She got up, making tea and a quick breakfast. She dressed after eating, she grabbed her phone, running for the bus.

She opened her messages when she sat down in the bus seat.

"I am cheering for you, Hoseok!"

She sat back, she smiled maybe they can do this. She climbed off the bus going to the bookstore.

"Good morning, Xia!"

"Morning, Aya wow you are chipper this morning."

"I am in a better mood than I was yesterday," Aya said cheerfully.

"Oooh, do tell. I bet it is about a man."

Aya's cheeks flushed, Xia nailed it right on the head.

"Yeah, it is about a man, we had a fight but we are working through it."

"Really? So give me the gossip! I didn't know you were seeing someone."

"I don't know where to begin, Xia."

"Well why don't you tell me how you met, are you dating?"

"That will take the whole day to tell you the story of how we met." Aya chuckled. "But the answer to your question, no we aren't officially dating yet."

Xia's curiosity peaked.
