Chapter 17 Preparation
We are all looking at Jacob, who took a seat at our table.
"So, how are we going to do this" Daniel asks looking around
"what do you mean?" I ask confused "I mean, tomorrow we'll have to meet and stay in our group, did you read the paper yet" I shake my head.
He sighs and points to the paper "we just have to think of a time and place, right?" Jacob asks.
"Well, I guess" Daniel answers. "It's tomorrow morning, so I guess we should just meet at the train station, that's where we'll all leave.. right?" Rachel suggests
"that's true." Daniel answers "then let's do it like this"
Emily suggest a time that was easily possible for all of us. After exchanging info, we all go to our next class. The day felt longer, we forgot about telling everyone about us, we were supposed to do it today. At lunch we all went outside and sat at our usual table.
"Are you guys excited about tomorrow?" Ein says as he sits down.
"Sort of.. I still don't get why you agreed to letting Jacob join us" I complain looking at Emily
"oh shut up, it'll be fun. He seems like a good kid" she answers kicking me under the table "you were the one saying you didn't the teacher to put a stranger in our group"
"Well I changed my mind" she answers putting food in her mouth "just make sure you all arrive in time tomorrow morning" Daniel says "yeah, yeah"

Later that eventing, I started to collect everything I needed, when my phone went off.

Hey? You still awake?

Yeah, did you finish packing yet?
Adam
Yeah I did

How did you do it that fast, I can't even find half my stuff
Adam
That's because your room is a mess

No it's not ><
Adam

Okay fine, its a little bad.

It's pretty bad

Hey...? We didn't tell them..

Yeah..

Well, we were all busy preparing for the sudden news. Why didn't the school inform us about this earlier

Idk.. but it's fun!
Adam
Just wish it wasn't this sudden
You
Are you excited?
Adam
Sort of..
You
Im sure it'll be fun
Adam
Even with Jacob
You
Ugh.. I almost forgot. Why does he have to come?
Adam
Why are you so angry about that
You
I just wish it could've been only our group...
Adam
Why? More people can be fun, right?
You
Well, I was actually hoping we could..
Adam
Hm?
You
I thought we could tell them on the trip...about...us..
Adam
Oh.. yeah, I guess.
You
But now "Jacob" has to join..
Adam
We can still tell them, maybe when he isn't in the room or something?
You
Yeah, I guess..
Adam
Well, we'll see..
You
Yeah..
Adam
Did you finish packing yet?
You
Oh, almost forgot.
Adam
Haha, well finish it.

Unless you want to go without anything, then no.

I put down my phone and finish packing my stuff, it really took me a long time before I found everything....I should really try to keep my room clean,

The next morning we all meet at the point we agreed to meet at.
Everyone was there, except Jacob. "Hey, you made it!" Emily excitedly says as I walk towards them.
"Sorry, did you wait long" I say as I join them.
"no not at all, we're just waiting for Jacob and then we'll join the rest of the class" I look around and see that almost everyone was already waiting for the train.
Daniel was over at the teacher, I assumed he was going over the planning, he was always a bit of a control freak.
Suddenly I get pushed from behind, I look back and see Jacob panting with his hands on his knees "I'm.. I'm sorry" everybody walks up around me "oh, it's fine. You're on time" Emily says patting him on the back.
The teacher calls all of us as soon as the train got there, we all got our tickets and took a seat. We managed to get a spot where we could sit with 4 facing each other, same on the other side.
I was sitting next to the aisle, Adam sat next to me. In front of us were Rachel and Emily, the rest sat on the other side. Ein and Jacob on one side, Daniel on the other.
Everyone was quiet, we all did just wake up after all. Except Emily, who was energetic as usual.
Ein was right there with her, but he didn't say that much "so? What do you guys want to do first?" She ask as she takes the papers out of Daniel's hand "I think we should just get set up in our rooms" Adam says, looking out the window
"boring..let's do this" she leans to her brother and points to an activity on the list. Ein nods excitedly, my attention already went to Adam, who was staring out the window, he still looked really tired.
Every once in a while I had to make sure he didn't fall asleep, by giving him a poke in his side. This gave me some suspicious looks from Rachel, but I ignored most of them.
We got to the hotel about an hour later. We got our bags and went to our room.
"Aren't you supposed to be somewhere else?" I ask Rachel and Emily, when they put they're stuff in our room.
"Yeah, but we're allowed to be here during the day" Emily said as she continued to unpack. I sigh and put my stuff down to, I drop myself on the bed and stare to the ceiling.
"something wrong" I suddenly see Adams face appears above me "tired" he laughed and drops my bag in my stomach.
I sit upright and watch as everyone does the same, unpacking they're stuff. Even Rachel and Emily put some of their stuff here, then they disappear to their own rooms.
