chase

The sun shone through the windows as I woke up. I dropped down from the bunk bed. I was the last to wake up this day. Normally it was Tor though, but I didn't care. I stepped through the door just to find his friends. I jumped back. One of them said, "have you seen Tor?". I gave then a quick no. That was wierd. Normally they were together. Suddenly I heard sirens going off. I rushed to the middle hall, I still hadn't brushed my teeth and Tor was nowhere to be seen. The blue haired guy sat on the middle of the stage. "Two demons have stolen two of our cars which are still in testing, we will send out a team on a car that has been tested and the rest will guard the building in case this is to lure us out,". Well as always I had to go out. I got dressed up set out to go on the wierd looking car. We'd been told the general direction and someone on the car could see stuff that was far away. I was at the back because as much as I wanted to kill them, I wanted to know how much they'd improve over the many months I'd been handicapped. After a bit the demons were in sight. Someone launched a white rope and held onto the other car and with his other hand held onto our car. He pulled the enemy closer. but then they widened the gap somehow. They boosted in front but we were still hot on their trails. I hurried to the front of the car. I summoned the hands and the discs. I lauched the scorching disks towards their weels. The demon put his hands in the way and pushed my flames back. I took the chance to try to get him off the car with my hands but failed. The other demon shot out water at the hands. They vanished, I was shocked. They could both counter me. However the disks where still there. I tried to slash the one with water's neck. But just my luck. Both cars fell into a ravine. The demons managed to go thanks to the push. I jumped off and thrusted myself under the car. It was then I had a realised something. I'd wasted a lot of energy to make the hoops way stronger. I had to waste the minimum. I looked to my sides and found another rope just sitting there. I grabbed onto it and attached it to one of the dead trees. I boosted the car but had to leave myself behind. I climbed up the walls and saw the cars leaving. I tried to boost myself until I was close but I failed miserably failed. I was lost. Then I heard a stampede. I looked to my right and saw a ton of demons going towards the building. Now it made sense. We'd predicted most of their plan but I realised that the others where probably directing them to the organisation building. I was at a loss. I had no magna energy left. All I could do was run. I sprinted back to the building, I realised how far out we'd gone. I was at least going faster than the demons. And somehow they hadn't seen me yet. I looked back and saw one very familiar demon. The one I most despised. I plunged my fist into his head. He countered and brought up his knee to my gut. I gasped for breath. He then pummeled me and then tried to dig his horns into my chest. I dodged him the drew my knee into his head. Then I grabbed hold of his neck and brought him down. He gagged, then rolled over and expanded his torso and rolled over me. I didn't have time for this. I got up and started sprinting again. What a chase.
