The Girl Who Cried For the Wolf

I walked out into the bright light of my personal garage. I immediately covered my face. "Ugh."à The bright white interior walls and floors were too much.


I got into my Mansory Vivere Bugatti Veyron.


"Are you sure you don't want to bring Gio?"Alice looked concerned.


I pressed the garage door clicker and sunlight flooded in. I sped off into the blistering light.


"Hmph..Gonna make me stay here."I laid on the soft white leather cough, looking out into Miami city. I was anxious being in the unnecessarily large penthouse by myself. All alone. Cullen said he knew I hated being alone and get here I am all by myself.


"I can escape!"I ran to Cullen & I'd room. I grabbed my charger. I had a Google Pixel 3. Cullen had gotten it for me.


 I ran to the elevator. But suddenly my heart started to ache. I was so close to freedom. Why was I stopping now. "No. I'm going."I pressed the down button.


Down in the lobby with a shark tank in the middle. I sped walked to the glass doors.


No body was stopping me. I felt many eyes in me and it made my skin crawl. I had my hand on the door when suddenly my heart became tinged with intense pain. I felt guilty. No.. It was something different. Like I didn't want to leave. 


"I'm so close.."I whispered to myself. I clutched the black & neon green Prada backpack that held the few belonging I wanted. 


I bit my lip. I wanted to stay. I sighed. Hanging my head as I walked back to the elevator. 


I plopped on the couch in the 2nd living room that overlooked the beach.


-Where are you?- 10:02AM I texted Cullen.


I was irritated that he was ignoring me.


"Would you like me to read your message?"the car asked.


"Message from Princess 2 heart emojis."


I smiled that she was even thinking about me.


"Message from Princess 2 heart emoji's. Would you like me to read them."


I was tempted to say then why haven't you. But I wanted to tease her and sweetly torture her a little longer. Maybe I could get a hug when I got back.


"Bastard won't text me back."I was seething.


I went to my closet. I will go fancy like them. I pulled out the red skintight latex dress Cullen had bought for me that I refused to wear for him. I ran and quickly took a shower. Put the 3 products in my hair that held in the dark curls. Grabbing the matching red shiny red high heels. I slid on the dressed and strapped in the heels. I grabbed my phone and headed to the elevator.
