Queen Vera enters the room to the training area there she is meet by Lana, Eli, and Emma.

Are you ready for today's training? To which they all say yes, my queen. Today I bring you here to prepare for your first of many contests, I believe you have received enough training to pass the first of many. This contest will test your skills but also your ability to work as a team. Lana step forward today I want you to sit down and try to astral project while here outside of the dark room. The dark room is a nice training starter but in battle you will not have a quiet place to be most of the time. Yes, my queen soon Lana once again goes into her spiritual plane but is in the forest outside of the village. She quietly whispers to herself to focus. Her vision soon changes, and she is now in the castle people run past her giggling as they pass through her. Lana tries to focus one more time where she finally makes it to the training room. Everyone smiles woo we can see to of her how amazing they run up to her and go to touch her shoulder, but their hands pass through her. That is a bit creepy. Now Lana, I want you to try and focus all your energy on just your hands and then touch Elijah's nose. She laughs to herself and

She tries focusing on just her hands and then soon all that is visible is her hands. She starts to try to touch his nose when she reaches him, he shivers man you are cold. She pushes and Elijah jumps from the sudden jab to his nose wow that is amazing. The queen looks over to Lana okay Lana now try to get back to your body it is showing some signs of strain. Everyone looks at Lana where they see blood coming from her ears and nose. The shock alone sends Lana back to her body. Lana awakens to the most excruciating headache. The queen insists she go get checked in the infirmary immediately.

Emma now I want you to focus on getting around the castle in under 30 seconds. I will time you and see how your time improves over the day. You see Emma speed off to the edge of the castle. Once she arrives the queen starts the timer. Now Elijah while we wait on Emma let me see how you fair at your next task. I want you to read 100 books in todays training session. He seems a bit upset about this but he heads over to the boos. Queen Vera starts a timer for Elijah without telling him. Emma runs across the castle perimeter where she sees a bunch of citizens lining up to talk with the queen no doubt about the harvest for the season. That takes her a bit of time to bypass all the people. She makes it back to where she first started, she receives a telepathic message from the queen that was 3 minutes try again now go. Queen vera notes that Elijah has read about 50 books in 3 minutes this is a great feat. Emma second round is much more successful she makes a full lap at a mire 1 minute. The queen seems pleased ok Try one more round then head back to the training area. Emma this time focuses on her feet as hard as she can and just goes for it she can feel her heart beating hard in her chest and is slowly becoming short of breath she is almost there her vision becomes tunneled and soon she is in the training room the queen looks in amazement. Good job Emma that was 26 seconds please have a seat ill have the chief bring you a refreshment. Emma sits at the closest bench slowly catching her breathe soon Elijah comes to sit with her he is sweating hard. Samuel comes out from the dining area with some drinks, and he hands one to each of us. The queen sends him a telepathic message to bring Lana one as well. The queen asks Elijah, have you read your 100 books. He says yes it was hard I felt like I was running along the pages with my mind. The queen smiles with a grin good, I am glad to hear that. Now after you are both done, I want you to head up get a shower then head to your rooms to rest. I will have Samuel bring up your dinner such intense training requires lots of rest. The queen heads to her throne room where she is greeted by her guards and the citizens. Good afternoon my fellow citizens it is a pleasure to be in the presents of all my people of this land. They each come by to offer gifts from there harvest. The queen graciously accepts each thing. Sir, Fenrick is the last to come up he cries and begs for mercy his crops were struck down by pests this year and he has nothing to donate this year. The queen looks at him with sorrow. How is your family? Are they faring well?  He cries saying that his youngest is very ill and has not eaten in 2 days? The queen quickly sends out a message and her healer quickly appears. She states I want you to go bac to Sir, Fenrick house and see what can be done for his youngest child. Guard come see I want you take some food and water and bring these as well I do not want my citizens starving. I also want a survey so I can pass out rations to those in need. The guard seems hesitant, but he does as the queen requests. Sir, Fenrick thanks the queen for being so gracious. The queen heads up to her room where she prepares the rest of the day.
