"Lustis is a spirit born out of the Witch of the Void's darkness. And what does a spirit do to influence the plane of the living?" Victoria asked.

"They choose a host to possess." Seven answered.

We were once again gathered in Liu Fen's living room, and I still couldn't believe how we could all fit on it. Victoria was starting to explain the things she chose not to tell us. Dr. Skye went back to the Philippines because of an emergency so the explanations fell in the hands of the Maiden of the Sun.

"Exactly. And Lustis chose the dead body of Greine Vosmas to be his vessel."

"Why?" I asked. "Why would he choose his dead body?"

"As you already know, Lustis is the manifestation of the Witch of the Void's darkness, he couldn't juts possess anyone. He needed a body that could withstand the power of the void, what else to choose but Greine Vosmas' corpse?"
