Was she ever going to be ready for that?

She was a savage, yes, but one who had never stood in front of a fraternity to confess her feelings. That is what having a press conference entailed. It was like graciously allowing the world to judge you for who they thought you are. For them to give their opinions about you, and put some pressure on you.

She wanted to kill Ryan and Mia for forcing that on her.

What was she even supposed to tell them?

How was she supposed to do that?

If they wanted a show, then she would give them just that. She was going to make them pay. Just because she was the CEO never meant she was never going to be herself. Her mischief wasn't going to go away in an instant or even ever. She was going to use the fear her employees had on her. She was going to maximize on that. She was going to use it to the fullest.
