Damien's excitement could not wait any longer. He wanted to hear Lia talking to him. He wanted to break the tension in the room. He needed to find a way to break the wall that jenny had put up to guard herself and amelia. He needed to find a way to reach his sisters. He wanted them to trust him.

Clearly, Carlos was trying his best with his antics, but even the games were not going to help. They needed to work this out because they needed this to face the challenges in the future. They needed to be together and on one side. Maybe if he started a conversation, everything would be okay.

All he could do now was just hope.

"Hello there, long time no see. It's been years since we got out of that hell hole. I thought we agreed you'd take care of yourself, little one," Damien said, trying to ease his way into a conversation with his sister.
