Life at the Teenage Home

I guess this was how my routine was going to go for the coming days: I was to wake up at 7am and tidy my bed. Then have breakfast, then attend the four lessons in a day, then have lunch, then the evening was free time, you could hangout with friends, go to the nature garden, play sports in the sports hall, watch a movie in the cinema hall or just have an extra lesson for practise of a subject.

Claudia became my best friend. We spent all our time together in the evening, designing dream things. We had most lessons together and I got provided everything I needed. I still cried from time to time, but Claudia did her best to cheer me up. I also got news. The plane had crashed. Bodies had been found, but none of my parents.

It was utterly heartbreaking to be unaware of what had happened to them. For a few days after hearing the news, I felt quite ill and depressed. Claudia never left my side and was always supportive and kind.
