Flux Trait (3)

George found himself lying, soft green dots surrounding him amids total darkness. The darkness was everywhere but it was warm and welcoming. He felt that it was somewhat familiar, like it wasn't his first time...

He closed his eyes, completely immersing himself with the familiar feeling. A connection to something massive grew stronger every second. Whatever it was, it was bigger than anything he had felt before, it felt alive and he was now part of it...

George reopened his eyes, staring directly up into the blue sky until he noticed small leaves at the edge of his vision. He snapped out of his trance and moved. He tried to stand up, noticing that his body was surrounded by small trees and plants that had grown all around him.

"This..." Muttered George confused.

"That is your Flux Trait." Sounded a powerful and archaic voice behind him.

George who had just freed himself from the small branches spun around, seeing a blurry blue colored figure floating behind him. The eyes of the figure were like torches, burning with intense blue fire. It felt like nothing could escape that intense gaze and a mighty aura washed over the area.

George thought that the figure felt familiar, "You are..."

The blue figure looked down at him, "I'm Sun Titan Azulxio, Solaxio's elder brother and I can be considered your uncle. Gaining a Flux Trait isn't uncommon but yours is rare. It's Nature, the closest Flux Trait to Life itself...Sadly it isn't an offensive Flux Trait but a supportive one, well healers have always been loved and needed." There was a tinge of pity in his voice but George didn't care about it, he was too focused on pondering over Azulxio's words.

He could sense now that his body was brimming with Flux, if he compared himself to when he was at Starter Tier to now then it would be like comparing a puddle to a pond.

He willed the Flux inside him easely it felt natural like he had done it his whole life.

More small trees began to sprout on the ground beneath his feets, green refreshing dots came out of them...

'I get it...' Thought George as he kept pouring his Flux into the ground.

Azulxio observed him, a bit surprised. He looked from George up to the sun, "You still have our bloodline flowing through your body after all..."

George also looked up at the sun, feeling his strong connection to it. The solar energy coming from the sun was almost instantly converted into Nature Flux that quickly refilled the Flux he was using up.

He touched one of the trees, surprised by the feedback he got back from it. A small branch grew quickly, coiling softly around his arm.

Tears flowed down his cheeks before he realized it, 'I understand now why people say Mother Nature...' The feeling that came back from the small tree was the same he felt from his own mother when he was still a kid...

He turned to Azulxio who was still floating above him, "I need to use the Gate inside the Sol Tower to travel back to Earth!" Spoke George with determination.

Azulxio did sense the strong emotions brewing inside George...

"That is possible, but you need to use your own resources for that as ours are being used to keep the inheritance working."

George frowned under his hood, "Why? Can't I ask for this single favor?"

Azulxio stared down at him, "You don't realize what you are asking for brat! I would help you if you wanted to travel within this continent but the energy required to travel from Pangea to another part of the universe is astronomical for the Gate that we have here. We can't leave the inheritance to gather new ressources and the other two True Inheritors haven't come back in the past million years to provide us with new energy sources. You need to use your own ressources brat!"

George didn't like what he was hearing but it sounded reasonable, "Fine, what do I need then?"

"Anything will do, from beast cores to rare treasures, the more the better. One King Tier Beast Core alone would be sufficient to send you back and forth." Answered Azulxio with a sly smile.

"King Tier Beast Core?" Asked George unsure.

"There are 10 Power Tiers that are separated by two Major Realms. You will have an easier time reaching the next Tiers because our Sun Titan bloodline will support you. There is the Starter Tier, Elite Tier, Expert Tier, Master Tier and Grandmaster Tier. These are the 5 Power Tiers of the Mortal Realm. Then comes the King Tier, Emperor Tier and Monarch Tier of the Immortal Realm. The two other Tiers aren't something you should think of for now." Explained Azulxio.

George nodded, burning everything Azulxio said into his memory. "Can you at least teleport me near a settlement of humanity?"

"That's easy, I don't even need to activate the Gate for that. I noticed that you seem to like dragon type beats, I will gift this dragon to you. This stupird lizard thought that it could come here and steal our stuff, I planned to let it rot here for a few more thousand years but, it will be a good flying mount for you as it has King Tier Talent. You are now an Elite Tier Beast Summoner and should have another spot available, so catch it quickly before it can resist and don't worry I have already reduced it to the Elite Tier." Said Azulxio as he waved his hand.

A sky blue colored dragon with six folded wings appeared in front of George. It was at least 10 meters long with a snake-like body. Its four legs were short but it still reached a height of over 2 meters.

George was stunned but acted quickly, summoning his Astral Star that immediately sucked the confused dragon inside his Astral Space. He felt a new connection forming between himself and the new dragon.

'A Soaring Dragon huh...' Thought George as the information popped up inside his mind.

"Thanks."

Azulxio nodded, "A last thing, Star City will move to other outer continents to find other inheritors, you will be able to come back with the Sun Ring that little brother Solaxio left you and don't forget about your promise..."

George had no time to answer before the scenery around him began to spin around.

His vision was spinning, it felt terrible and it took him 10 minutes until he got rid of the nauseating feeling.

'Hm?' He sensed a disturbance happening inside his Astral Space, entering it quickly George saw the Soaring Dragon roaring madly as it tried to break through the boundary of the Astral Space.

George frowned, directing his gaze towards his lazy dragons that were watching the newcomer go on rampage like it was a good show.

'Boys!' Spoke George mentally to them through their link.

Hybris and Hades exchanged gazes as they felt the annoyance coming from him. They went on to beat the poor Soaring Dragon up until it cried out.

George floated above it, 'Girl will you behave now? Or should I let them beat you up a bit more?'

The Soaring Dragon looked in his direction with unwillingness but still lowered its head.

'Good, I need a name for you...' George thought about names of female gods but couldn't remember any from a goddess related to wind so he chose the next female name he could think of, 'Hmm your name will be Isis from now on.' Spoke George before leaving his Astral Space.

Now he had finally time to observe the area, he found himself standing on top of a green hill from which he could see a city not far away.

He could see people in the distance on the road leading to the city...

"I'm really curious how much has changed..."
