"Die."
The hearts of each Virtue stopped pulsating.
"Oug—!"
"Eugh—!"
The two collapsed to the floor, heaving for oxygen.
"I c-can't breathe!!" Jarrett's face began to turn blue.
"J-Jarrett!!!" Suto yelled. This would only deplete his air even more. Oxygen discontinued its cycle throughout their bodies, and life slowly withered further and further. Ian stood above them, watching with satisfaction.
"Don't get in the way of our goals, Virtues."
Suto and Jarrett looked up at the Sin of Sloth with absolute terror in their eyes.
"If there are anymore of you Virtues here at this tournament, just know that their outcomes will be the same."
Suto's eyes bulged with pain and sorrow. "Axel! A-Ax—Ack—!" He held his chest, realizing it was now too late. With one heave, Suto's eyes rolled up, and he fell back, passing away. Jarrett saw this and understood the inevitable. With only a few gasps of air left, he screamed his final words. "I-I LOVE YOU G-GIAN-LUCA—!"
Thump!
His ending words were interrupted by a heavy stomp to the chest by the Sin of Sloth.
"Tsk! Next time I'll just say 'die quickly' instead."
Ian turned around and rejoined his teammates.

A heavy rifle dropped to the ground, slamming with sorrow. Zika was atop a ruined building about a mile away, where she watched the entire scene unfold from the lens of her sniper. She gripped her hair tightly, wishing to rip it all off with frustration at missing her shot on the Sin that killed her friends—Suto and Jarrett.
"No… No!" She bawled into the palm of her hands. The sense of loneliness began to encumber her spirit, knowing that she was one of the only few Virtues remaining. She looked at the Eye of Minerva, cursing its mechanicality. "If only it could reload faster," she thought to herself. But it was too late to wish for anything. She missed her shot, and with that came consequences. It hadn't been since her rookie days that she'd missed such a crucial shot.
"Why…" She fell to the floor. A puddle of tears formed on the concrete. Guilty grief gripped her heart tightly. This hold would never, ever, let go.
"Jarrett… Suto…"
The Virtue of Charity and the Virtue of Chastity had officially been wiped off the grid.
