"There is no need to thank us since, after all, we are brothers." As they were leaving the building after Bakunawa had turned out the lights and shut the door, Thiago responded to Bakunawa's question.

Because they hadn't driven to the café that morning, they had to walk back home. This wasn't too much of a problem for them, however, given that their apartment wasn't too far from the location of the cafe.
