Chapter-24:Handsome old French Guy

[Justin Pov]

My heart skipped a bit when I saw her fall down the steep.

My brain stopped functioning for 5 seconds and my first thought was what if I lost her?

I ran towards her to see whether she is alive or dead. But I couldn't believe what I saw.

[Sarah Pov]

When I fell in the steep. My entire life reeled in front of my eyes. My only thought was that I was going to die and finally gonna meet my family.

But I fell hard on something which disturbed my thoughts. ouch, my Butt and head hurt.

"Sarah" I heard someone call my name

Are those angle guards who have come to pick up my soul?

"Sarah" I heard that again

I slowly opened my eyes and looked around me.it looks like a pit is that how heaven looks or maybe the hell. God, why does my butt hurt a lot?

I think after I was dead I fell from the Earth to hell or heaven.

and I looked above wow it's so bright. But in movies, they show hell as a dark place right? That means maybe I am in heaven .wait I see something where my glasses are? I immediately searched for them and put it on.OHHH it's Justin's face

Now I am confirmed that I was definitely in hell because there was no chance for Mr. Arrogant to go to Heaven.

But Wait, I was the only one who fell, then how he ended up in hell?

Then suddenly I saw him laughing his ass out.

Is that what happens to the people who come to hell to lose their minds? because he is creeping me out.

[Justin Pov]

"Are you gonna stay there all day long?" I asked her

"His attitude never changed even after he is dead" she said

"What did you say?" I asked her when I heard her mumbling something

"Nothing. At least show some courtesy to the person who is dead" she told.

what she is talking about?

"Dead who?" I asked her

"me!!" she shouted back.

"what? you are dead?" I asked her while raising my eyebrows. She might lose her mind after hitting her head with something

"Come out of your dreams" I said and forwarded my hand

which she took and I dragged her out of the pit.

"Wow, it looks like the same place where I was dead. So the earth and hell are parallel universes?" she asked

I can't keep up with her. Why she was so overdramatic while she fell down in the pit of just 6inches deep.

"Are you serious right now? or are you that desperate to die?" I asked her

"what? I am not dead?" she asked me.

I went towards her and held her face between both my arms

she flinched a little because she didn't expect that.

"Look, Sarah. Yes, you are dead" I told her out of irritation.

"Ohh" she said and closed her mouth

she is definitely a drama queen

"Your soul is talking to me right now" I told her

"Ohh" that's all she said while her eyes were totally surprised.

"You want to know how you died?" I asked her

she nodded and I turned her face towards the pit.

"This is where you fell and died " I told her while showing the pit that she fell down.

"Don't be silly. How can a person die if he fell into such a small pit" she asked

"exactly" I told her

"Oh My God. I am alive " she shouted and hugged me which took me back a bit.

"you definitely should stop doing that"I told her

she released me from her hug and it was clear that she was embarrassed.

"I am sorry.i took it too faar" she told me

"Don't worry. It's common for people like you" I told her

"People like me?" she asked me while being curious to know the answer

"Yes. People like you who lose their minds" I told her I can see that she was not excepting that answer

"you think I am gone mad" she shouted

"is that hell or earth are parallel universes" I imitated her

"I am gonna kill you" she said and picked up a stone from the ground

That moment I know that I need to save my ass up.

"Ok enough let's go and find that house before it turns dark" I told her

she sulked but nodded

"Wait, you tell me the direction and I will take the lead" I told her

"Why are you the one taking the lead?" she asked me

"because I walk looking front rather than looking back like you" I told her

"Ok .i am letting this go because I don't want to start a fight now" she told me

"Your wish "I told her and started walking

she keeps on giving me directions and we kept on walking and walking

after walking for few hours suddenly my stomach started Growling

"Are you Hungry?" she asked me

"Me? Noooo" I told her but my stomach has to embarrass me So, it growled again

"So it hurts your Pride if you agree that you are hungry?" she asked me

"Ok wait" she said and started searching the surroundings

"Wow, I never thought we could find duku here. You are so lucky" she said and went near a tree

"what?" I asked her

"DUKU" she said and started jumping to catch it

"can't reach. At least let's use your height for that" she said

"At least I am useful for reaching heights whereas you who was good for nothing" I said while walking towards her

"wait.you are good at something. Bringing the problems" I said sarcastically

"You!!" she said but her stomach started growling and she held her stomach

I didn't say anything and started climbing the tree and I plucked a few and got down.

and we resumed our walk while eating the fruit

Next few hours, we kept walking and resting simultaneously. It was good that we packed some extra before.

Now after a long walk, I can see that the sun started to set down.

[Sarah POV]

I can see that Justin was literally shaking due to the cold.

"How stupid of you? Why Did you choose these thin clothes while coming to hike?" I asked him

But he didn't reply but just kept walking.

God his attitude

Few more hours later. I didn't know whether we were going in the right direction. We just kept on walking and walking and all we saw was trees and bushes but it was not that dense.

"Justin, what's the Time?" I asked him

"i...t..'s....... 5" he said while shaking

"Justin are you ok?" I asked him

"Yeah..... fi..ne" he said while shivering

"God, Justin you are cold" I said and took out my padded jacket and gave it to him. It's good that I wore Padded jacket over my favorite Hood

"No I don't want it" he said firmly

"are you mad? you will die in this cold" I said while passing my Jacket towards him

"No I don't want it" he pushed my hand and walked forward

As minutes pass by it starts getting colder and colder and Justin starts rubbing his hands over his upper limb to keep himself warm.

Why does he have to be like that? I know he hates me but to this extent not to even except my jacket. What's his problem? Why do I have to bother about him? let him suffer. At least his pride would decrease 1% due to this cold.

But how can I leave him like that? He is literally shaking and trembling in this cold

I know his pride well, even though he wants it he will never ask me.

Idea!!!!!

"wow I feel so hot" I removed my jacket and put it on my forearm.

"Why this is so heavy" I said for him to hear

"Justin" I called him

"What??" he snapped at me

Asshole

"if you don't mind.will you hold my jacket. It's leaden, please"I asked him with pleading eyes while passing my jacket

"you are not cold?" he asked me

"No" I replied

"Please Hold this for me" I asked him again

"Who do you think I am your servant?" he asked

Seriously even nowwww

After a few more minutes

"Fine Stop mumbling behind. Give me the Damn jacket " he said and snatched the jacket from my hands.

"I didn't mumble anything?" I said but he didn't reply but just walked

I smirked at him.i know you Mr.Arrogant.

It must be really cold for him. After a few minutes or hours. I was so out of energy and I can see it was reflecting the same from Justin.

As I was born and grew up in a cold country like Toronto I was able to handle it a little better than Justin.But I can see that he was panting , shivering , trembling even after wearing my Jacket.if it continues a few more hours I fear that he could pass out. To distract him from the cold I decided to tease him.

"You should have asked me for a jacket if you are cold "I told him

"I am not cold" he said coldly

"Really.i just asked to hold it but why are you wearing it?" I asked him

wow it's a lot of fun to tease him

"AM I?" he asked me

I just looked at him up and down

"I see some light" he shouted and ran towards the house.

[Justin Pov]

"Let's knock the door" I said

she nodded and I knocked the door

"Let's me talk"I said pushing her behind me

"But why you?" she asked me

"Do you have a mission to say no to everything I say?" I asked her

she just rolled her eyes

"Ok then talk to them in Korean" I told her and pushed her in front of the door

"Sorry I forgot that I was in Korea. You proceed" she said and hid behind me and I just shook my head

I can hear that someone was walking towards the door and door was opened

A heavy-built old man opened the door

"Wow he is handsome" she said

"Will you be quiet?" I told her

"comment puis-je vous aider?"The old man asked

[Trans: How can I help you?"]

"Mwo?" I asked him in Korean

"ce que vous voulez?" he asked me

[Tans: What do you want?"]

"God what he is telling?" I said

"French" she told me

"what?" I asked while looking at her who is standing my behind

"Move" she said and stepped in front

"Merci d'avoir ouvert la porte" she said

wow she can speak french

Next few minutes I was just staring at her totally mesmerised.
