Hunted

A flash of light appeared as James appeared in a desolate land, the grounds were scorched, bodies were lying around on the ground, the sky was dark and the air felt hot, a certain pressure could be felt which lowered the actual realm of whoever was feeling it.

"Oh what a nice atmosphere" James said with a grin as he saw the environment he had appeared in, he looked around but didn't find his 'partners'.

"Looks like the teleportation separated us, well guess I'm on my own for now" James said with a sigh as he looked into the distance where he could distinctly see a trace of light.

"They usually say we shouldn't go towards the light" James said with a chuckle as he looked around the barren land he was on then spoke

"But what choice do I have" After deciding his destination, he immediately set off.
