Unexpected talking

Alexa put her phone back in her bag when she finished talking to Joey. At that moment the elevator door opened, and the man nearby immediately left the woman who had been with him for a long time.

"Johan.. wait!" cried the woman as she followed the man at a brisk pace.

"Never mind... I guess our relationship is untenable!" said the man curtly then left his lover just like that.

Alexa stared blankly at the woman looking disappointed. She slowly approached and the woman looked at her.

"All men are selfish!" said the woman.

"Is she your boyfriend?" asked Alexa.

"Yeah... we're almost married but it looks like it's all going to end just like that," replied the woman sadly.

"Whatever happens, I hope you find the best way for your happiness soon," said Alexa with pity.

"Yes ... hopefully our problems can be resolved soon," said the woman.
