While Mikhael was receiving his treatment in the mansion, Maxon had also tasked Nesryn to walk around the mansion grounds so her body could get used to the feeling of being outside again, building her immune system once more. Maxon had also allowed Nesryn out of the mansion grounds only to go to the nearby park where she could relax herself and get a bit of exercise by walking around in a different environment.

Mia watched as Nesryn went around the park in a bike that she bought just for this opportunity that Maxon had given her.
