Chapter 14 (The End)

The following day, Sid took breakfast with Minal's family. At dinning table, there was lively atmosphere. Rihan was really excited while Sid was glad that his brother in law accepted him so easily.

The last night, Sid gave Rihan a lot of useful business management tips. Sod lost his parents in young age and he had no siblings that's why he always missed to be with family and has siblings. But now Rihan was like his younger brother. He knew how much valuable her family to Minal that's why he promised himself he will treat her family like his family forever.

After taking breakfast, it's time to go back for Minal and Sid. Minal's mother packed a lot of stuff for her and gave instruction, "don't eat everything yourself. Share with Sid."

Minal pouted while she was happy heartily that her parents accepted Did so easily, "Mom, who is your child? Him or me?"

Her mom hit her lightly, "stupid girl, you grew up now but your mentality not..."

She didn't say anything but made her face. Rihan laughed at her.

When Minal sat ln Sid's car, her mom said to Sid, "Sid, please take care of her."

Sid nodded with smile, "ofcourse Aunty, I will take care of you. You don't need to worry."

She looked at her mother with frustration. she was not child. She can take care of yourself. Why was her mother saying to him?

Rihan waved his hand in air and said with excitement, "bye, brother in law. Drive safely. Call us when you reach."

Sid assured Rihan with smile, "Of course."

Minal looked at her family with confusion. Why was she feeling that her family was behaving like they see off their married daughter? She wanted to shout, 'hello, I am not married till yet.' but she decided to keep quiet.

At last, Sid started to engine of car and the car was riding on road. Sid was in good mood. He didn't expect that her family accepted him so easily. Her family accepted him it means their future was secured. He was afraid that Kunal is her family's friend. If her parents insisted her to get married with Kunal, what would he do? But after talking her parents, he was sure that her parents wants her happiness. Her happiness is with Sid that's why he was relieved.

He looked at Minal with driving who sat with puffed cheeks. He asked with concern, "Minal, what happened? Why are you upset?"

After hearing his voice, she said with irritation, "Because my family treated you better than me."

He giggled and looked at her with amusement, "Are you jealous with me over your family?"

She made her face but didn't say anything. While handling steering wheel with one hand, he stretched his another hand and pulled her towards himself. With sudden attack, she fell onto his chest and scolded him, "Sid, for God sake you are driving."

He kissed on her cheek and said with security, "Don't worry. I knew what I am doing. By the way, my girlfriend is upset. It's my duty to make her happy."

She struggled to get free from his arm and said with glaring him, "No way, it's wrong with driving."

He listened her and let her go but soon he found a spot to park his car. He stopped the car and turned towards her, "Now, am I allowed?"

Before she could understand, he pulled her towards himself and claimed her lips with his. Soon, she started to give him response.

After getting satisfy, he left her lips and stroked her lips with his thumb. He looked at her lips then her eyes, "Minal, are you not happy that your family accepted me?"

She looked at his eyes. He understood her wrong. She wrapped her hands on his waist and  explained, "Sid, I am really happy. I didn't expect that my parents accepted you so easily. But they accepted you and I am happy. I am upset that they didn't say too much to me when we were parted but talked to you. I felt dejected."

He poked her nose with affection, "so let me make it for you. How about when we will reach at home, I will tell you how much I love you."

When Minal understood his meaning, she blushed and pushed him away, "Look at your action. We are on road."

He laughed with letting her go. He started to engine of car.

It was her birthday. She wanted to celebrate her birthday with her family and Sid. But Sid wanted to throw a big birthday party for her. She denied but he convinced her, "Baby, it's your first birthday with me. Can't I celebrate it according to me?"

At last, Minal agreed, "Fine, do whatever you want."

He happily took her into his arms, "my baby is awesome." She laughed. She shook her head on him with amusement. She didn't know why she always agree with his any request. May be, it is love because in end, she always feels happy to listen him in whatever condition.

Her family was coming to attend the party. Except her family, she only invited Payal and Ramesh because she was close with them. Only they knew about Sid except her family.

In morning, after giving her necklace as birthday present Sid left, "baby, I have to go because I need to check arrangement of party. I don't want any mistake in your first surprise party."

Yeah, he told Minal that he was going to give her big surprise. She was curious to know about surprise but looking at Sid's excitement, she controlled her curiosity.

She said with pouting, "I want to spend my birthday with you. And you are going."

He chuckled and pecked her lips, "Minal, your family will reach in two hours here but if you want to spend your whole day with me on this bed, I have no problem. But then don't say I didn't warn you."

Minal blushed hardly. Even her cheeks and ears got red with blushing. She pushed him away lightly and scolded him, "I don't want to talk you. You are getting shameless as passing time."

He laughed and held her into his arms, "Only for you"

He left and she didn't stop him after that. Her family reached soon. Her parents and Rihan gave her gifts as usual and wished her. She was glad. Her mom asked with worried expression, "Minal, does he treat you well?"

Minal didn't tell her family that she lives with Sid. She told her family that she will stay at Sid's house because of her family. It's reasonable excuse. She didn't want her parents did overreact after getting to know Minal and Sid live together before marriage. Her parents was convinced with Sid that's why she didn't give any chanceto  her parents to dislike Sid. Sid also understood that's why he was agreed with her.

Minal smiled whole heartily, "Ofcourse mom, I am very happy with him. He takes care me a lot."

Her dad rubbed her hairs softly and said with affection, "We only want your happiness, Minal."

Minal nodded because she knew her parents love her a lot otherwise they would not agree to break engagement with Kunal. She knew very well there was a lot of effect between her parents friendship with kunal's parents because of breaking engagement. But her parents supported her. Even, they accepted Sid easily because of her happiness.

She hugged her parents, "Thank you dad and mom."

Rihan pouted and complained, "you guys forget me."

Minal waved her hand towards Rihan, "come here. What are you waiting?"

Rihan rushed towards them and joined family hug.

As Rihan joined, they heard a familiar but hurtful voice, "What about me?"

Her parents called him, "Sid" while Rihan said with excitement, "Brother on law."

Sid came to them and greeted her parents, "Uncle, Aunty how was your travelling? You got tired. First take some rest."

Minal's dad patted on his shoulder, "We are fine, Sid."

Minal's mom asked with smile, "How are you doing Sid?"

Sid replied with smile, "it's fine Aunty."

After that, they chatted happily. Sid specially came to meet her family that's why after chatting some time he left again. Rihan also followed him and Sid had no objection. Other side, Minal shook her head on her brother with amusement. Rihan never liked Kunal but now, he never left a single chance to convince Sid. Sid also likes Rihan. That's why they talk to each other like family. Minal was glad that her brother has no objection with Sid.

Her parents decided to take rest. She received call from her assistant Lilly. She attended the call, "Hello Lilly what's up?"

Lilly wished with happily, "Happy birthday Mam."

Minal smiled and thanked her, "Thank you Lilly. But sorry, today you have to arrange my work."

Lilly chuckled, "it's ok, Mam. You don't need to say it. You always take care my work when I need leave. By the way, mam, do you know Mr Khurana announced the bonus to everyone today?"

Minal didn't react for few seconds, "Why?"

Lilly laughed over phone, "ohh, don't you know today his girlfriend is birthday. He announced that he wants to everyone blessings for his girlfriend. We are really awe that how much he loves to his girlfriend. And he is throwing the party for his girlfriend. His girlfriend really donated pearls into her past life." Lilly told Minal everything like gossip queen.

Minal didn't know Sid announced the bonus. She knew very well how much employees work under him. It's a big decision to announce in middle of year without any reason. But he did it for her and she was really touched.

She heard Lilly's voice again, "Ohh, you and Payal mam are not here today. We are planning to go out."

Minal said with smile on her lips, "you guys go. We will join next time with you. Bye and take care." After getting her response, she hung up the call. She really wanted to go in front of Sid and kissed him hardly but she controlled herself and decided to do it later.

At evening, Sid came back to take her and her parents to party. Minal selected the saree for party because last time Sid gave her compliment for his indian dress. She got ready specially for him.

When Sid looked at her in saree, it's hard for him to not touch her but there was her family with them that's why he controlled himself somehow.

When her family was not giving attention to them, Sid whispered into her ear, "you are looking beautiful. Wait for me tonight. Huhh?"

Minal blushed to hear it and smiled brightly but didn't say anything.

When they reached at party hall, Minal looked the venue with widened eyes. It was really grand party. She looked at Sid and asked with trembling voice, "Is it for me?"

Sid nodded with smile, "ofcourse."

Her parents also didn't imagine that Sid would throw grand party for their daughter's birthday.

Her dad said, "Sid, there is no need for it."

Sid smiled, "uncle, I want to do it. Please don't stop me."

Her parents didn't do anything about it but they felt blessed to have such a future son in law. Sid really cares her and does best for her.

When Minal entered the party with Sid abd her family. Payal and Ramesh came to her. Payal hugged her with happily, "Happy birthday Minal."

Minal hugged her back with smile. Payal whispered into her ear, "Minal, he really loves you. You are so damn lucky."  Minal patted her back and smile. Ofcourse, Minal also knew it.

Ramesh also wished her. She thanked him. After cake cutting, Sid suddenly sat on his one knee in front of her. When Minal understood what's going on, she exclaimed, "Sid"

Sid smiled brightly and asked with hestitation, "Minal, will you marry me? I promise I will cherish you and love you forever."

Minal looked at her family and Payal and Ramesh. They were not surprised like her. It seemed they already knew about it.

She looked at her parents for answer because it's huge decision and she wanted to ask her parents first. Her parents nodded with smile. According to them, Sid was perfect for their daughter. After getting her parents' permission, she looked at Sid who was sitting on one his knee and waiting for her answer.

She nodded with teary her eyes. She was so happy that it's hard for her to say anything. She somehow manged to say, "Yes."

After getting her response, Sid immediately slipped the ring into her fingers, "Thank you Minal."

Minal shook her head abd said with smile, "no, thank you Sid."

Sid chuckled softly and raised his hand towards Navin. Navin put a file on Sid's hand. Sid gave to Minal that file and said softly, "Minal, please sign it."

Minal looked at him with confusion. Sid explained her, "I bought that company for you. But now, we are getting married and I have other companies to manage that's why I am giving it to you."

Minal asked with teasing tone, "is there any more surprise today?"

Sid laughed, "Ofcourse, if you want, I will complete your every wish."

Minal laughed and they enjoyed the party. The following day, everyone knew about them.

She didn't expect that after marriage, Sid will give her new surprises daily. For her, stay with his side is not less than a surprise. She never imagined that one day she would meet Sid and fall in love.

But now, she was blessed that she met Sid and fell in love.
