The rest of the ride home was silent and Adam was reviewing all the events that led up until that point, while Jannet was arguing with herself about whether it was worth it to hang onto morals that seemed to be worthless and a chain in the cruel world that didn't show mercy to anybody.
Adam parked the motorcycle and led his aunt who seemed quite shaken by everything that had happened and sat her down in the living room of their apartment.
"Are you just going to leave them there?" asked his aunt as she took a sip of the water that Adam handed to her.
"Yes, if they die of thirst or hunger, then they got what they deserved. If they were found, released or arrested, then I am sure that they will get what they deserve somehow" answered Adam who was confused by why his aunt was so curious about it.
