Luke, an average player, and fan of the popular fully-immersive MMORPG 'Ultimatum' and is just about to log out and leave the game after it's shut-down had been announced. 
However, as soon as he pressed down on the illusory button, a sharp pain attacked his mind, causing him to lose consciousness.
When he woke up, he finds himself in the body of Lucas, a slave in the outskirts of the capital of the Leon Kingdom, Sozra.
The catch is, that the Leon Kingdom was said to have been destroyed a long time ago in-game.  Also, within Luke's status, there is a notification;
[Beta testing begins in 92 days, 02 hours, 39 minutes, 12 seconds]
Beta Testing? Does this mean that he was brought to the time before the game was released, and even before the open betas?
Lastly, his status is slightly different to normal player's. It says [NPC status]

The Supreme Sage

Nearly 4 days later, Luke had finally completed the magic array.


Please give a name to your first magic array:


After thinking for a moment, Luke gave it the name 'Compact-Humungasourus-Power-up-Hulkinator'. 


Shorter name is required for the name of a magic array.


"Huh? You! You spoke! No, I mean you speak. But you spoke! Hey! You spoke!!!!"


Luke was stunned for a long time before he came to his sense and began hurling insults at the system, who became silent as ever, as though nothing ever happened!


Suddenly, Luke completely forgot about such an incident occurring, and the text on the notification had reverted to a normal statement, as though nothing had actually happened.


At this point, the white fog in the void began trembling once more out of anger.


Luke did not notice any of this, and instead thought of a better suited name.


Description- A horrible array made with excellent materials like mythical spectre dragon egg shells and fluid, which compensated for the shabby work.

However, what Luke had not planned for was lifespan. Suddenly, Luke came to a realisation. Time flowed differently in the game, and Lucas would eventually age and die. I cannot let that happen.


It will take me a few years in real time to get close with the players, and just 1-year real time translated to more than 100 years in game! Version 1 itself lasted for 100 years!


My original lifespan should have been around 80 years or so. After my first race evolution, that should have increased to somewhere between 90 and 110. After draconic blood was mixed in, this should have greatly shot up to around 200 to 250 years. However, this would still leave me a middle-aged man by the end of version 1, and an old man by the middle of version 2!


After this legendary point, I would easily be able to live up to 350 years in peace. Yet, this is not enough. I need more lifespan, and the only way to get that is through evolutions. To do that, I need to be higher in level.


And that is where Luke came to the decision that he needed to grind levels like there was no tomorrow as quickly as possible, and it would start with his hidden main storyline mission, The Resistance.
