While war wages on between the two empires, New Canaan and New Abelas, the smaller, lesser planets have slowly been neglected and forgotten. One of these forgotten worlds was Lamp End, a world controlled by a New Abellan Steward with a desire for further power at any costs. His tyranny continues and the people can do little to oppose him. Until one day a rogue ship crashes near a tiny village. Out of the ship steps the rogue, Den. And he seems to have some interest in this tiny world.
