It matters

When I reached out the ground, waiting for the pizza I just ordered to make my escape real, I sat down on the bench.

It doesn't that hurts so much.

It's just a reaction over the expectation versus the reality that hits you very hard to the bone.

I knew it.

And it's fine.

Comparing Feya to Herra, everyone would pick Feya. Everyone likes Feya anyway. And that's already given.

Even mom, she would pick her over me.

I a damn kind of the weakest person. I was unimportant and I was dying. Unlike Feya, who had a lot more years in her hand. They should pick Feya. She's bright, friendly, smart, beautiful and works the hardest.

I grinned.

Even Justine told me that he would date Feya.

My vibrated and thankfully it was the delivery guy. He was on the lobby already. I didn't noticed him waiting for quite a lot of minutes. I waved at him while on the phone and when he walked to me, and smiled at me while handing me the two box of pizza.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." I said and he slid the card on his machine.

He smiles, "It's fine. This happens every time."

I wasn't sure if he was kind of flirting or what but I just smiled and responded, "thank you so much."

He waved at me and walked away after saying, "Get well soon."

I didn't knew him but Feya and Mom loves pizza in that pizza parlor. So maybe, he knew me.

I turned and saw Nathan leaning on the sculpture while looking at me seriously. He crossed his arms.

I don't know why he's looking at me so intensely like the one he was doing right now. But I must remember that he walked with my sister last last night.

"What are you doing there?" I asked as I stop by him.

He pointed the guy that exited and looked at me disappointedly. "You smiled at that flirt?"

"Why? It's just being polite."

"You should've bowed 90 degree."

"What's wrong with you?"

I shook my head before I could hear his reply and walked to the elevator which he followed afterwards. I didn't threw any glances at him, but I keep on hearing his sighs.

"Why?" I asked, finally trying to listen up to him.

"You shouldn't smile at him."

I rolled eyes.

Why is he even trying to cope up with that issue? Is it that bad to smile at someone serviced for you?

"You're out of your mind."

He smirked, "Why can you smile at him and you didn't even at me?"

I immediately turned to face him. Trying to figure out what he just said.

"What are you trying to say?"

"Never mind." He said, threw me a cold expression and get off the elevator.

I brushed off my shoulder and walked after him. I don't understand him. Why is that a big deal? Why is he acting up like that with just a smile?

Did he even think that it should be acting up like that?

And he even dared to be cold to me?

"You should've tell me you buy you one." My sister said as soon as I arrived at the room.

"I thought you're busy." I simply said.

I let my sister do the rest and prepare things for us. When I looked up to Nathan, he was intentionally trying to flirt with my sister in front of me by accidentally-trying to held my sister hand that's handing him the glasses for the cola.

I smirked.

He can't surprise me with that nor used that as his revenge with the smile he's talking about.

He already did that last last night.

"What happened?" Justine asked in a very low volume.

I shook my head, "I don't even know."

Justine laughs.

When they're finally done, Justine who can't eat anything just looks at us. His food had arrived and hearing his complaints with the hospital food made me laugh so hard.

"I never ever liked this food." He said, referring to the no taste steamed fish, soup, rice and a lemon tea.

"Do you want me to make you some food?" My sister asked him.

I smiled at her. Feya is a good cook. She often cooks food for me so hospital food had no place in my room. She provides home made food every time she's on vacation.

"Why not?" Nathan said.

"Since it's your vacation why don't you cook for us?" Justine suggested.

Feya put her finger on her head, acting like she was thinking, but she said yes right after.

"Want some help?"

I held my cola tight and held myself from spitting out because of Nathan's suggestion. I knew why he's doing this obviously. And it's ridiculously nonsense.

Why does he even trying hard?

"Can Nathan help me?" It was my sister.

"Of- of course." I said, looking at Nathan who's staring at me. "You can— you can help Feya anyway. You're both knew each other for a long time though."

"Is it really fine?" My sister assuring me.

I smirked. Of course, it isn't fine.

But, I trust both of them.

"I had no other reason to oppose. It's Nathan's decision to help you, not mine." I said.

"That sounded too defensive." Justine said and tried to whisper those words but he failed and everyone of us heard that clearly.

I glared at him.

"But your decision matters to me at all." Nathan said, looking at me like he doesn't have any intentions of helping her at all.

I know that look in his eyes.

I saw it from my mom.

It's when she was signing the divorce papers.

"It's your life, why does mine matters?" I mumbled, focusing on my pizza slice instead of him.

"You are my woman."

I cough, caught completely off guard. Justine pass me the lemon tea he was drinking.

"You okay?" My sister worriedly asked.

I bob.

"What was that?" I said, feeling my face that turned so red and regrets because my voice sounded so happy.

"All right, everything's settled then." Justine cutting me off and saving me from awkwardness.
