The only thing I can guarantee you in this story is that it will definitely have a happy ending although for the two characters Rica and Dili to achieve that, they would have too pass through many difficult obstacles on their way to happiness.

 And trust me this isn't your normal Teenage story that is filled with rainbows and sunshine,(probably seems way too cliché writing this but ehn) there are a lot of gloomy days. If you don't mind that then please by all means do read on.

"So were you surprised?" I turned to look as Dili as I swallowed the food that was in my mouth.

"About the proposal na" He looked adorable with a pout. He didn't need to know that though.

I rose my hand to chin in a thoughtful manner "No really" I grinned.

A frown automatically covered Dili's face "Are you serious. And I put so much effort into this" I laughed out loud looking at his childlike expression.

"I'm just teasing you joor. I was surprised" I admitted to him, which resulted to him cracking a pleased smile "I was expecting maybe a grand birthday party or gift, because I know that that's something you can definitely do...but a proposal? My mind didn't even go there sef" I added "Now that's what you call a birthday surprise"

"I know, I'm quite amazing aren't I?" The big headed fowl said making me to shake my head In absolute amusement. Where does that confidence come from? I really wanted to know.
