Not human, her presence screamed. Her silky, silver hair glistened as she maintained her eye contact. I cautiously pulled out my knife as i made a quick dash forward, knife barely missing her neck. Despite the sharp blade, she did not even bat an eyelid. She maintained the calm and collected look. She turned her head to my direction and pushed my knife downwards with ease.
??? : " let's calm down shall we?"
She whispered before sprinkling a little dust into the air. The air smelled soothing, calming. I dropped my knife as i fell onto one knee. She looked down onto me as she squatted down near me. Her aura was unique, and that feared me.
Aspen : " I'm aspen and you are?"
I shrugged. Growing up, I wasn't privileged with the gift of receiving a name. She looked at me curiously as she placed her hand on my head. I looked away as I blushed violently. Just then, I detected something getting thrown at me. " ara ara," a gentle voice rang.
A cold hand brushed the side of my cheek as my eyes widened in fear. Her vibe was brutal, scary and violent. At that point I was aware it was my older sister. She spotted a full down black dress which matched her dark black hair. My eyes started twitching as her glass sharp fan made a clean cut through my cheek. My sister had always been the better of us.
Sister :" come to us, young prince."
I didn't dare to look at her face let alone her beady stern eyes. A gust of wind blew from aspen's direction as she grabbed onto my wrist and dragged me along. My older sister stabbed onto the ground to mantain her balance. I turned back only to see her messy hair and her stressed face. I immediately turned to face forward as me and aspen headed into the the quiet village...
