A Month…
It has been a month since I met Laura and I have to say things are not going as I expected them to and by that I mean that it is not going as good as I hoped it would and yet it isn't going as bad as I expected it to go which is a plus but either way I have had some positives and negatives come to light during this path month in which Laura had both been a burden and a blessing but she has mostly been a burden since I've had quite a few issues with her so far with the least of them being the fact that I have had to replace several pieces of furniture over the past month since Laura keeps shredding things to pieces by accident with most of said shredded items being things in her room like her mattress, pillows, sheets and her beds wooden frame because more often than not she will unleash her claws while sleeping and just start swiping probably because she had a nightmare or something about her past or maybe she was just having a good dream about killing some people because I honestly wouldn't put it past her, I honestly tried to make the best out of a bad situation and so I managed to convince Laura to start training me instead of just longing around my home every day which she ended up doing because she was honestly bored just sitting around plus I said I've got my feelers out and searching so she wouldn't have to worry about me wasting time and so she began to train me but the thing is that she started to train me the way she was trained as it's the only way she knows how and so skip a few sessions ahead and I had multiple stab wounds from her claws and bruises all over since all we did was fight constantly and she expected me to somehow improve but I could hardly do that with multiple stab wounds in me and so I stopped the training completely and never asked her to train me again.
Of course since she was staying here for the past month Earl was obviously confused about her presence in the house and he actually thought that I had done the dance with no pants with her and knocked her up which was why she was staying here but I cleared that up straight away and put things straight by telling him that Laura was somehow who was down on her luck and would be staying with us for a while since she was without a home in New York but it would only be until her family come and pick her up which Earl accepted but I think he didn't really care since he now actually had someone he could actually take care of what with me being fully grown, working and constantly staying out ate often not even coming home and so he relished in having to look after someone again especially Laura since she was essentially clueless about modern life which Earl was confused about but I just told him she was raised on a farm without internet which he accepted, with that Earl began looking after her basically all day teaching her everything she might need to know and showing her various things that she was unaware of due to her upbringing as a weapon that didn't need entertainment or maintenance outside of her skills and so she was showed the proper way to eat, to cook, to use the internet and a whole bunch of other things but her favourite actually turned out to be watching television which Earl introduced to her early on and so whenever Earl wasn't teaching her something she would be watching television all the time and it didn't matter what channel it was as long as it was a show and she would watch anything and be hooked to it like glue and she used her regeneration and abilities to her advantage as she would stay up all day and night to watch shows.
Of course you could only watch a show so many times and usually at night it was all repeats anyway so she inevitably developed likes and dislikes and so she had shows she really wanted to watch and shows she didn't want to watch at all and so once she had watched everything she could at night she ended up having nothing to do and she had enough energy in her and as used to staying up for days as she was she was bored and that was not the only bad thing either since she had to do something while she was here and she realised that while waiting for results on my search for everyone involved in the Weapon 'X' Program and so she decided to take my words to heart and go out and start fighting crime during the night since she was bored and she also wanted to get a head start on her redemption or whatever and so she started to venture out into the night and started to kick peoples ass who were committing crimes turning into a demoness of the night for any criminals lurking around after dark, of course once I found out what she was doing I made her abide to a strict no killing rule since I didn't want more people to search for her or for her previous captors to get a hint of her location which she understood and for that reason as well I made sure she would not be using her claws when fighting crime and I explained my reasoning as we didn't need criminals going into hospitals with two parallel cuts across them which would be linked to the two parallel cuts on the throat of that dead pimp and it wasn't like Laura could manoeuvre her claws in any way and she couldn't change the distance between the cuts and we didn't need the cops closing in and so she agreed to that since she didn't want anything to get in her way when she finally started getting information on the Weapon 'X' program people so she could properly avenge her victims.
And so every night Laura would leave the house after Earl had gone to bed and she would travel through the rest of the city simply looking for crime while wearing black latex pants, combat boots, a black latex crop top, some black gloves and a bandanna type mask upon her face which allowed her pony tail to come out and she only wore the mask because I convinced her to otherwise she would be running around showing her face to everyone and gathering the attention of multiple people including Weapon X, the police, SHIELD, the Avengers and definitely the X Men since they would no doubt be keeping an eye out for her since she was a highly trained mutant who was the biological daughter of their member Wolverine and so I made sure she would cover her face and not use her claws while out and about and I even convinced her to put on an accent and talk a bit when she fought to throw peoples trails off which she did after a bit of effort but when the girl puts her mind to something she can really accomplish it, in other news during the past month I have gone on several outings with the gorgeous Detective Jean DeWolff and after a few dates which culminated in a beautiful night spent at her place she told me that she wasn't really looking for a relationship at the moment and only wanted to have some fun since she wants to focus on work and so she doesn't have time for relationships which worked out perfectly for me since I wasn't planning on staying in this universe forever and so I told her that I was looking for the same and so we agreed on being friends with benefits and we regularly got called for a booty call by the other during the past month but one funny thing I noticed about her during the past month is that she has a thing for guys shorter than her and whil I am not shorter than her actually being just a bit taller than her she started to wear big heels so that she would be taller than me since she like guys shorter than her for whatever reason and while it was a bit weird I'm not too bothered about it since everyone has their own fetishes and likes and it didn't really affect me all that much since I was still getting to sleep with her and so we spent many an evening together with her usually wearing her heels all night long which was pretty sexy.
Regarding the task hat Laura had given me I had managed to start studying and advancing my knowledge on programming and stuff and I also helped myself to the database of the Fantastic Four which was full of tons of weird and wonderful things and so using my knowledge from the time I built an AI to implant the mind protection device in my head and misappropriating the knowledge from the database I managed to create a program/AI/VI that would scour the entire internet as well as searching the secret databases of various governments as well as unknown databases but only after doing a cautionary scan to estimate who the database belonged to and only then to investigate since I didn't want to go attacking Dr Doom's databases because that would only end very badly for me and I wanted to avoid places like Wakanda as well so I put in several safety measures and precautions so nothing could be traced back to myself but I shouldn't have to worry about anything like that, I knew that the Weapon 'X' Program was funded by the American Government and headed by Colonel William Striker so all I had to do was hack and scour the databases of the American Government and pay attention to funds and deliveries and things like that and constantly analyse things and watch for mistakes in the records as well as keeping an eye out for people who I knew to be involved which so far was just the Colonel and so I had my program tracking him as well using some satellites and stuff and keeping track of who he met and how often and by tracking those people and analysing them as well as following them to other people I should eventually have a web made up of these people interacting with one another and it would be quite easy to see just who is in basically contact with Striker and who is in regular contact with those people and by analysing these people further I should find out even more and eventually have fully tracked everyone down but I am aware of just how cautious these people are which is why I expect this process to take a long time but it should be complete eventually.
Of course right now I'm kind of regretting my choice to help Laura since the main reason I accepted her offer is so that I can use her to help me train and help me learn things but the way she was raised is just to brutal and barbaric for me and I can't learn like her so that was a crapshoot but I suppose I could make use of her eventually somewhere since she is a master assassin and so she should be able to sneak anywhere and more importantly I should be able to get a few favours from her and using those favours I can gain quite a few things and cash them in in the future when she may have joined the X Men and have access to their databases which she could download and give to me so I suppose with that possibility alone it makes everything worth it, with that I have covered everything that has happened in the past month which brings me to what I am doing right now which is walking through the hall of Empire State University which usually wouldn't be that weird since I actually attend here but it is actually night right now and I am prowling though these halls in the dark since I broke into here.
I am here for one very specific reason; it is time to investigate a certain professor and unveil all of their secrets...
