Misplaced

Clara was sitting on a chair in her room. Her eyes were unfocused as she was immensely deep in thoughts.

She did not even hear someone entering her room.

"What are you thinking so hard?" Clara's father stood near the door in amusement. He had been calling Clara for so long that he had to come to her room.

Even when he was standing there just observing the color change on his daughter's face, Clara's father was confused as he did not know the reason for it.

"Father, you are here," Clara started. She stood up from her seat in enthusiasm.

"What is troubling you?" Clara's father walked inside and sat down opposite his daughter. Someone else would have not been able to pick it up, but he loved Clara a lot and was aware of every minute of emotional change in her.

Clara was quiet for a few seconds. She was unsure if she should say something to her Dad or handle it herself. Clara sighted after many thoughts, 'Sharing the worries gives the mind an unknown easiness.'
