1. Assembly

"Mark, congrats again for having the highest grade in the class," The nerdy boy had looked up to face the teacher holding his test answers which all had 100's. "Come up Mark, come get your test and give a speech to the rest of the students in the class,"

Mark slowly got up from his seat making his way over to the teacher, who was just giving him a large smile.

He could feel the class's gazes follow his move over to the front of the classroom, Grabbing the paper from the teacher, while facing the rest of the class felt like his world would fall apart.

"Aww, little know it Markie, is about to give a speech that would make us smart" Mark looked up to see his big 6'0 ft bully Johnny Suh.

Mark's face flushed red with embarrassment, He was about to speak when an announcement came on.

"Can all grade levels come to the gym for an assembly,"

Mark sighed out of relief delighted that he was saved by the bell.

He followed the others to the gym, "Mark, wait up for me bud," he had turned around to see Jungkook coming at him full speed shoving everyone out the way.

Mark laughed awkwardly at Jungkook who was coming at him at full speed. "dude why did you leave me behind?" JK asked while panting and out of breath from trying to reach him.

"Weren't you suppose to sit with Taeyong and Baekyhun?" Mark asked facing Jungkook. "Oh yeah I was but Soo-Min was gonna be sitting there so I backed out instead," JK had explained.

"Doesn't Soo-Min like you?" Mark had asked. "Yeah she does but I like her older brother, I mean like he is so cute and hot, I'm not interested in girls that much" Jungkook tilted his head in the direction of Kim Taehyung. His mouth went into ana 'O' and nodded.

As the two boys made it to the bleachers in the gym, people chatted about what this meeting could be about. The principal slowly made her way to the gym floor, where she had every student's attention.

"Good Morning students, I'm sorry to disturb you for this important meeting.."

People started to look worried at the way she had trailed off her sentence. "So few or even all of y'all heard about the soulmate sunset that will be happening this weekend," She stated. "This is an only lifetime experience, but only one will be lucky to find their soulmate,"

Mark could hear guys laugh about finding a soulmate. "I know, I know some guys think this is cheesy but this only happens every 100 years, a person's full name will appear written on their wrist but I heard this time, it could be their phone number or their initial  that would be written instead" The principal explained.

"Your soulmate's phone number or initial  on your wrist? I call this crap," I could hear Johnny shout across the gym. Mark's eyes landed on him, all he could see was his lips move as he talked to Kai and Lucas, the three boys soon busted into laughter catching everyone's attention even now a furious principal. "Johnny, Kai, and Lucas leave the gym now, some people are interested in this and we wouldn't want anyone ruining it for them!" 

Johnny and the 2 others got up from their seats and walked out of the gym.

As the principal continued going along with the whole sunset thing, which became boring at some point, Mark had excused himself to Jungkook and made his way to the bathroom, where apparently Johnny was by himself smoking.

Johnny had noticed Mark at the door of the bathroom. "Well, well look who is out here alone while teachers are too busy in the gym" Johnny's words sounded bitter cold which made Mark's body shiver. Mark just walked by Johnny going over to the mirror at the end away from him but Mark could feel Johnny's hard cold stare as he walked off. "Isn't little Markie gonna talk?" he teased.

For some reason Mark's heart started to beat quickly, he couldn't figure out why. Mark had looked up to face himself in the mirror and could see a light tint of pink across his cheeks. Johnny must have noticed because he made a face of disgust and just walked out of the bathroom now leaving a blushing boy alone in front of the mirror. Mark splashed water on his face hoping the red color would go away and forget the scene replaying in his head "Mark..what just happened to you?" He said while staring at his reflection. (who is that boy I see staring back straight at me when will my reflection show who I am inside~~~...sorry)

Mark looked at the time on his phone and noticed school was about to end and noticed he had skipped the rest of the last remainder of the class period trying to calm his blushing face and his beating heart. He made his way out the bathroom and could see some students leaving class early to get to their car, he just followed along hoping to find Jungkook or at least Jin waiting at his car for him.

He walked out to see Jin waiting outside his car with Hongjoong, "Mark there you are,  Hongjoong and I decided to leave class early and plus we didn't see you during the last bit of 6th period, so we thought you would have left early,"

"But Jungkook said you didn't leave yet we decided to just wait so we can go eat because that meeting had gotten in the way of my lunch period." Jin raddled on. 

They made their way to a nearby restaurant to grab a quick bite. The rest was normal, Jin dropped off Hongjoong and Mark.
