Marcella's Hopeless Romantic Bucket List

I was on my way to my apartment when my phone vibrated. I checked who is calling, and it is mom.


"Hello, Marcella. Just want to say, how are you there?"


"I'm fine here, mom. Don't worry. Did you got the money that I sent to you?"


"We love you too, Marcella. Always be careful there, ok?"


I hung up the call. I miss mom and dad. I am an only daughter, so I need to work hard and earn money.


I look up the sky, and there are lots of stars. Wow, the sky is beautiful today.


I hurriedly went back to my apartment room and go to the rooftop to stargaze.


When I arrive at my apartment room, I grab snacks and go to the rooftop. When I arrive at the rooftop, I look up the sky, and it's beautiful here. It's like I can reach the sky.


I sat and gaze at the beautiful night sky.


"The sky is beautiful today. I see lots of stars,"


I was taken aback because of the voice. It's only Kesner beside me.


I look up the sky and was mesmerized by it. I'm feeling that Kesner is looking at me, so I turn my head beside him. I'm not wrong because he is looking at me.


"Nothing. You're even prettier when you smile,"


For 30 minutes, we just stayed there and gaze at the sky. Gazing at the shining and glowing stars.


When I turn my head at Kesner, he is gone. Might as well go back to my room.


I woke up and checked the time, and it's already morning. I got up from my bed.


I had another dream today. This time the woman's lips are not blurry. I remembered seating beside her, and she is looking up the sky, and she smiled. That smile is the same as Marcella's. I miss those smiles.


Those smiles that I like because it suits her. She is even prettier when she smiles. I wish I can see those smiles again.
