Everyone who works as directors, scriptwriters, and such in the Film and Television City knows, without needing to say it aloud, that it is a place with a strict hierarchy.
People like them, directors and scriptwriters, are certainly a cut above the actors.
Especially these low-level extras.
They must be well-disciplined and suppressed.
Once an actor attacks a director, the directors must unite to quell this spark.
If they allow the spark to turn into a blaze, how could they continue to mingle in Film and Television City?
Moreover, they do not care about forming a coalition to annihilate those extras wanting to rebel, because there are no consequences to bear.
After all, actors who become Best Actors are rare as hen's teeth, and there aren't many who achieve lead or supporting role levels.
Once actors reach that level, they're usually quite humble and wouldn't proactively trouble these directors.
