I hope there will be a miracle of you loving me more than I love you

Day – 1
oh, lonely soul.
I hast showered upon thou, the benison thou hast craved for.
thou both shall keep as one.
the distance shall not distance thy soul.
live.
I gaped at words that hung in the air, taking my time to register the words before turning to Jungkook. He had his eyes fixed on the words and I watched him gulp, utter horror evident in his eyes.
"This is not a blessing" I sighed as I rubbed my finger on my temple
"No one said it is" He replied, his eyes glued to the words that were slowly beginning to fade into thin air, just like how it came.
"The words clearly says-" I stopped mid-way and turned to look at him. "You do understand old English, don't you?" I asked, cocking my eyebrow
He twitched his lips in a way that made me chuckle in low voice. He shot me an angry glare from the corner of his eyes.
"I have showered upon you, the blessing you've craved for. You both shall stay as one" I narrated and I could feel his eyes tracing my face but I could care less or maybe that's what I'm telling myself.
"The distance shall not distance your soul. Live" I completed and turned to catch his vigilant black orb that held too many emotions. This time he let me read him. His eyes were dazzling but another look, and you can see something hidden behind those curtains.
"You're telling me..." He trailed off. "Not me. The words told so" I said and turned around to pick up my diary.
"Either way, we don't have a solution," He said from behind me.
Solution? Really? Why do I even have to help him with a solution?
"I'm getting out of here" He said and began to walk to the door. My mind was battling whether I should stop him or let him go.
But what happened next stunned me like everything that was happening here right now. His hands went right through the door when he tried to grab the doorknob. He pulled his hands assuming his hands just cut off. He stretched his hands to see the magic happen again and it did; Half his hand was invisible.
And then, he walked right into the door to disappear from the room.
After a long 2 minutes of trying to write my diary and not think about Jungkook and failing miserably, I started having a conversation with my inner voice.
Should I go behind him?
Why would you? My inner voice spoke.
Just to make sure everything is going alright...?
He's invisible to your parents so he must be invisible to others too.
If he's invisible to everyone then how will he return?
Should that be any of your concern considering the fact that you don't even know him?
No but-
Before I could retort to my inner voice, I heard a knock on my door. "The door is open" I shouted.
Mom came in with a bowl of noodles in her hands and looked around my room. She walked to me weakly like each of her steps hurt.
I sighed "I don't feel like-"
"Please" She cut me off. "You haven't eaten anything all day" I glanced at the food in her hands. They were vegetable noodles, my sister, Tiya's favorite. I bit my lower lip as the memories filled my mind. "Have these" She handed me the bowl, kissed my forehead, and began to leave.
"Did you see someone leave?" I asked when she was almost out of the room. "Who?" She turned.
"Never mind" I shook my head "Thank you for the food" I added and gave the best smile I could muster.
I finished up my bowl quickly. Jungkook was a great distraction from remembering about Tiya's death. But not enough that I could forget it. Just when I stood up to go to the kitchen, Jungkook appeared through the door.
He was panting, sweat dripping from his forehead. His body- let's not talk about that.
I tried not to look surprised.
"I-I can't" He let out, heaving. I cocked an eyebrow questing his words.
"I tried a lot but I can't go past this street. The farthest I could go was 1 foot away from your doorsteps!"
"What's stopping you?" I questioned, tapping my fingers on the bowl in my hands.
"An invisible barrier" He choked.
"Oh? So you're not the only thing that's invisible. Looks like you've got company" I laughed at my own joke and headed to the door. Before I knew it, Jungkook had marched towards me, grabbed my wrist and the bowl fell and broke into pieces on the floor.
"What in the world-"
"Don't ever say that again." He hissed "I am standing right here and absolutely real. This is no joke" His cold eyes were firing daggers at me.
I tried not to show the shudder it caused in me. "What is that you want?" I asked as I pulled away from his grip and crossed my arms on my chest.
He copied my act and crossed his arms. "Solution" He replied
"Solutions to what?"
"To get out of here"
"Unfortunately, I don't have them"
He guffawed.
"What do you know about this?" He asked
"About what?"
"About whatever is happening here"
"I have no clue. I'm confused as much as you are"
"Give me your phone" He stretched his hands and opened his palms for me to hand him my phone.
I picked up my phone from the desk and slid it into his hands. Just when the phone left my palm, it went through his hands and fell onto the floor.
"Oh my god! I can't even hold things here?"
I didn't answer him as my eyes caught something even more hilarious.
Just when he was about to shoot another question, his eyes spotted what I was staring at. There hung a few words in bright golden color like last time. Only that it held a different message.
Both of us gulped in unison that this was indeed, not good.
"Translate this for my better understanding" Jungkook ordered.
"Do you want the good news or the bad news first?"
"I'll take in the good news first" He replied
"You'll be back in your place in 1 and a half-hour"
"Finally. I get an answer I wanted" He smiled and ruffled his hair. That was the first time he smiled since he got here. He had a beautiful smile, there's no denying that.
"Don't you want to know what the bad news is?" I asked
"Oh yeah. What's the bad news?"
"This will happen every day," I said
"Oh," He sighed "WHAT?! No way!" He burst out into a chain of dramatic laughter. "sucks"
"It is what it is," I said
"I can't come to visit you every day. I have my things to do" his voice was stiff, unmistakable that he meant what he said.
"I never welcomed you here anyway," I mumbled under my breath.
"There's another bad news," I said after a moment of silence
"Of course, one wasn't enough," he said through clenched teeth. I don't blame him for getting all worked up about this.
"You can't tell anyone about me and vice versa," I said.
This news is really disturbing for me too. I don't like or understand the whole situation but even if I wake up tomorrow morning realizing this was only a dream, it would yet again be disturbing.
"NO FRIGGING WAY!" He yelled and I could feel the frustration building up in his voice.
"It clearly says that if in any way either of us tries to break the rules, then we'll be punished severely for being ignorant and disrespectful to the blessing that has been given to us" I concluded with a loud sigh.
In short, my life can't get any worse
