When Betty was called by Lide, this Northern Land Valkyrie, proud like a small cheetah inside, was somewhat reluctant.


In this city, she lived too comfortably.


Here, every resident wore a friendly smile, there was no discrimination, no conspiracies, no malice, and no worry about fierce Demon Beasts attacking her at any moment.


The harsh Northern lands were incomparable to this city; like the other residents, she too had found a sense of belonging here.


Betty even went to the City Hall and requested a small building within the residential area.


Originally, the City Hall had planned to allocate a large mansion to her, but she refused, not liking the vast empty houses, preferring instead the company of warm neighbors.


What satisfied Betty the most was that Dawn City, under Lide's orders, had constructed the magic creation of alchemy—running water.


God knows how her "master" had come up with such an unbelievable alchemical creation.
