Reed has accidentally crossed over into a virtual reality game that is not due for release until a year later.
Inside the game, he is a Progenitor Vampire that has been hiding amongst humans to study magic that also owns an ancient castle with over 200 vampiric descendants. 
What a roller-coaster ride.
Thankfully, he can still return back to Earth. But the biggest crisis staring down upon him is the open beta scheduled for a year later, and the coming of the players.
How can he, as a vampire, get strong enough to fight against the oncoming catastrophe incarnates – the players themselves!!

I Became the Progenitor Vampire

Suppressing the two Transcendent spiders hadn't posed the slightest difficulty for Lide, for the disparity in their combat abilities had long been incomparable.


Lide glanced indifferently at the Blade Spider collapsed on the ground, barely clinging to life, and shook his head.


He had intended to hone his skills, but now...


He hadn't even taken off his long johns, and the opponent was already finished.


With a snap of his fingers, an enormous transparent hand appeared in the sky, lifting the twitching Blade Spider from the ground. 


He then turned to face the Extraordinary Spider Queen. 


Looking at the Spider Queen, pierced through the abdomen by spikes and still emitting desperate screeches, Lide gestured with his hand, canceling the magic.


The spikes, losing the enhancement of magic power, began to crumble from the sky piece by piece, the Spider Queen's massive form tumbling down.


A Magic Shield rose around Lide, warding off the dirt kicked up by the fall.
