Enchanting Love

I'll be right there in five", Liam said before walking towards the door.

June refused him and said, "Hey no, I'm totally fine. I was just in the washroom. I'm completely alright now".

Liam sighed and said, "Ok, but take care. I have one important meeting and I'll be right there".

After hanging up, he was about to call Chris, just then Carl knocked and said, "Sir, Mr. Watson is here".

He quickly sent a message to Chris and walked towards the Conference room.

When Liam finished his meeting it was already 2 in the afternoon and when he took a look at his phone he was shocked to see 5 missed calls of Chris.

Without wasting any time he called Chris, "What happened, why did you call so many times?".

Chris answered from the other side, "June was not feeling well, she was asking for you".

"How is she now?", Liam questioned worriedly.

"She's fine, I'm here and also Ed. You don't have to worry", Chris said.

Liam nodded his head and said, "I'll be there in 20 minutes".

Stepping into the car he said, "Chris' office, hurry up!"

Reaching Global Enterprises, he dashed out of the car and rushed towards June.

When June saw Liam, she got up and was about to rush, but the nutritionist stopped her and said, "Madam, you should not run".

Hugging her Liam asked, "What happened?"

June shook her head and said, "Nothing, I was just feeling very uneasy, I wanted you by my side".

Liam kissed her forehead and said, "Don't worry, I'm right here".

Burying her head in his chest, June groaned, "My head, it's hurting so badly".

"It's ok, I'll take you to the doctor's right now", gesturing the guard to the get the car ready he looked at Chris. When Chris nodded his head, he carried June to his car.

Checking upon her the doctor said, "Nothing to worry about, stress makes her weak, so make sure that she does not take any stress".

Liam nodded his head asked, "Anything else doctor?"

Doctor shook her head and said, "Nope, her regular tests are scheduled for the next month, so I'll meet you then".

Liam nodded his head and left along with June.

Hugging her and placing her head on his shoulder, Liam asked, "What is worrying you June"?

June sighed and said, "I'm just worried about Noah, what if he harms you or our little one"?

Liam tucked a hair behind her ear and said, "Do not worry about him, he can't even touch a hair of you or our baby".

Burying her face in his chest she said, "I'm not worried about myself, I'm just-".

Cutting her off Liam said, "And what do you think I'll be without you. I'll die instead of not being by your side".

June slapped his chest and said, "Stop talking shit".

As Liam was assuring June, the driver dropped the partition window and said, "Sir, we are being trailed".

Liam scrunched his face and asked, "How many?"

"2 black trucks sir", driver warned.

As they were dodging the trucks a black SUV came from the other side and hit their car.

Though the driver lost balance, he still handled and hit the nearby tree, Soon the trucks as well as the SUV disappeared. Soon the guards came and took the driver to the hospital.

Soon Liam and June reached home. Liam took her to the room and asked grandma Davis and father Hembron to be with her. As Liam was about to leave June stopped him and asked, "Where are you going?"

Seeing her worried expression, Liam assured her, "Hey, don't worry, I'll be back in an hour", he then looked at grandma Davis and left.

By the time Liam came down Chris was already there with his team.

Sitting on the couch, Liam said, "It is him".

Chris nodded his head and said, "I know", he paused for a while and said, "Mrs. Hembron along with her other daughter are alive".
