OPHELIA'S POV

"Ophelia, you really should go home. It's eight in the evening. Your parents must be worried."

I wanted to laugh at that. 

My parents?

And worried about me?

God, they would be more worried if their hypothetical dog goes missing than they would be for me if I were to go missing.

"I already informed them, Aurora. They wouldn't be worried. Plus, I want to be there for you guys. It is the least I can do."

And I did. I did text Luna. I told her to not worry about me. Had it not been two seconds since I sent the text that she called me. 

Her voice was hushed, like she was talking from somewhere she didn't want the people in her surroundings to hear what she was about to utter.
