Chapter 3. Interviews

As soon as she entered the office she faced Mira , one of her deadliest enemy. Mira is the neice of the manager who loves to show her authority in the office. She is jealous of Era from the very first day and Era can not understand why.

Mira has always picked on Era for even a very small mistake. She never miss a opportunity to insult and scold her as her 'senior'.

"Era did you went to the to take Mr Whitlock's interview" sounded a authorative voice from Mira.

"I am just going there only after collecting my schedule from the desk."

Dramatically Mira started shouting" What do u mean that you are going there. He is such a busy person , not a nobody like you. I went through great lengths to ask for a interview from his secretary."

"Ms Mira there is more than half and hour for the interview to start at the given time and I would just take 15minutes to reach there so I assure you I will not be late. Now could you please give me way so that I would collect my schedule."

Mira's face was flushed with anger as she saw Era walking past her. She hated Era because of her pretty face. She was jealous of her as her ex-boyfriend liked Era and she could not stand such a insult so she did everything she could do to stop her promotion.

"You bitch, I will show you what I can do to you" cursed Mira under her breath .

Era heaved a sigh of relief as she walked to her desk leaving the sight of Mira because she could feel the daggers Mira was shooting her from the back.

*Sigh* "Why is she being so petty towards me . I don't remember doing anything bad to her." she said as she walked out of the office with her full schedule which would keep her busy till night.
