The War 1941, Ontario Canada Chapter 7

Six years have passed since Tiger has moved back to Canada with Blackout. Tiger finished his education with a bachelors in Criminology, while Blackout is still studying at Browns. War has broken out in Europe, the economy has risen greatly since the great depression. Soldiers are getting drafted from all provinces, so as Tiger. "Please don't go!" Blackout begs. "I don't have a choice here Black, if I did, I would stay." Tiger bends on one knee. "Be careful" Blackout hugs Tiger as tightly as possible. "I'll miss you" Tears of gold drip down from her face. "H-h-hey don't cry, I'll come back, besides it's not like it's my first encounter with the Nazi's." Tiger wipes the tears of Blackout's face. "There's extra money under my bed if you are running low alright." Blackout nods. A knock comes on the door. "Tiger, come on, the trains leaving!" Billy yells for Tiger to hurry up. "I gotta go." Tiger starts to make his leave. "NO!" Blackout grabs Tigers hand. "B-black, I'm sorry… goodbye" Tiger jumps onto the train as it starts to move. "I LOVE YOU BIG BRO!" Blackout yells back. "She's quite the clingy type." Billy sits down at a seat. "She's like a sister to me, I'm the only one she ever trusted, of course she'll be clingy." Tiger explains to Billy. "Tiger, Billy, hey!" Greg spots the other two. "Greg! The whole gang here, who's ready to die." Billy jokes around.

The pack of men arrive at a camp, lucky the boys get to stay in the same tent. "I called top!" Billy yelps as he springs onto the bunk bed. "Ya sure, you're more of a bottom." Tiger teases him. "Oh shut up." Billy blushes. "Did something happen between you two that I don't know?" Greg puts his bag onto his bed. "Oh nothin, just --" Billy covers Tiger's mouth before he can say anything. "Ew! Are you licking my hand!" Billy wipes his hand on Tiger. "Did you two?" Greg asks. "NO" "Yes" Billy and Tiger say at the same time. "Shut up Tiger, you well know nothing happened." Billy pushes Tiger's face. "ATTENTION!" The sergeant yells. The soldiers run gathering in a line. The sergeant has a brunette beerd, blue eyes with a cut on his right eye. "You" The sergeant points to a man with nice hair. "What's your name?" "Fill, my name is Fill Gabriel White." Sergeant glares walking up to Tiger. "You, you get on my nerves." Silence. "Speak to me when I'm talking to you, that's an order." Silence, Tiger stands tall staring into the sergeants eyes, intimidating him. "What's your name boy?" Sergeant asks. "Are you what a mute!" "S-sergeant, there's nobody there." One of the boys points out. Sergeant snaps out of the illusion Tiger has created. "Boo" Tiger sneaks up at his ear. Sergeant turns around "BOY WHA-" he turns back to see Tiger standing there. "Sergeant, do you need anything?" Tiger acts confused. "N-n-no." Sergeant walks on along. He pauses, "Soldiers, my name is Sergeant Hill," Sergeant Hill introduces himself, "Come on, we got training to do!"

The men head to the field. "Alright, for our first training, we'll be testing your agility, stand at this mark, first one to get to the finishing line will get flowers." The men stand on the mark, "Ready, set, GO!" The boys go off running, Tiger sprints all the way to the rock climbing wall, leaping over 10 feet landing on his two legs. He sprints to the monkey bars, swinging his body to the end of the bars sliding under the wires in the mud. He sprints to the last mark. "Dude, that was only 71 seconds." A soldier looks up with the timer in surprise. "I guess I'm just quick." Tiger huffs looking back at the people running up from the monkey bars. "The average time is 3 minutes." The soldier says. "I guess I have time to rest" Tiger climbs onto the tree and lays on the branch. "Soldier, what are you doing lying there, you're supposed to do the track." Sergeant Hilly comes up to the tree. "Um, sergeant, he finished." The soldier says as the other men run to the finishing line. "Pfft, try hard." Billy puffs. Tiger climbs down from the tree. "Soldier, come to my office." Sergeant Hilly tells Tiger.

"So, William Smith, do you know this man?" The Sergeant slides a photo of Tiger. "He sure seems a lot like me, but I've never met this man." Tiger gives a simple answer. "Why do you ask?" Tiger fires back. "Well a young lad escaped a lab in 1924, rumours say that he's still alive, say William, have you traveled in the past?" Sergeant Hilly asked. There's two armed soldiers at the door, two near Hilly and two outside. 6 soldiers, they know. "Ya, I've travelled quite a lot, France, China, Germany, and London." Tiger answers. "What's your blood type?" Sergeant Hilly fires the last question. "I say steaming hot, around 600* above boiling point at the least." Tiger spits out the truth. "Oh really and what's your normal temperature?" "37*c, say sergeant Hilly, let's make a deal, I help you with the war, and you people leave me alone, take the bounty of my head." Tiger leans in. "And what if we don't take the deal?" Sergeant Hilly glares into Tiger's eyes. "Oh, I don't know, maybe burn off the head of your so-called prime minister, just like I did to my adoptive father, or I could join the Nazis, they could use a weapon like me." Tiger creeps behind sergeant Hilly. "Deal." Hilly starts to sweat. "Aww, wasn't that fun, I'd like to do that again someday." Tiger puts on a smile, skipping away. "S-s-sergeant are you alright?" The soldier on the right asks. "I think we just drafted our ultimate weapon." Sergeant Hilly falls back into his chair.

Tiger walks into the tent. "Yo Tiger, what did he say?" Billy runs up to him. "They know." Tiger whispers. "What do you mean they know, what did you say?" Billy spits out questions. "Heh, I scared him shit straight," Tiger lets out a giggle. "ARE YOU INSANE!" Billy follows Tiger to his bed. "Fuck ya, I'd rather be insane then boring." Tiger takes off his shirt. "Hell I should be in an insane asylum, yet here I am."

After three weeks of training, Tiger and his group were flown to Hong Kong, their job was to defend it from the Japanese. "Be prepared, the Japanese are sneaky, we are told that their guns come with knives, so don't go come close, you got that." A British Sergeant walks back and forth. "We'll be hiding in the trenches, last thing is, don't die." The sergeant finishes. The hundreds of soldiers stampede into the trenches, Tiger, Billy and Greg pick their spots from where to shoot. "You ready boys?" Greg asks. The boys nod. The japanese make their first shot. "Wait don't shoot," Tiger slides into the trench. "Dude, what are you thinking of?" Billy asks, shaking. "Fuck it, shoot." Tiger orders. He lifts his head, suddenly a bullet comes flying at him, but Tiger catches it and sends it back from where it came from. "Oh my god, did you just catch a bullet and sent it flying back?!" Greg and Billy hide. Tiger looks over, grabs his gun and shoots 6 people in the bullseye. "Ya I can do that." "MEDIC, WE NEED A MEDIC!" Somebody calls from a far. Tiger rushes over to the wounded soldier. "Where's the medic." No answer. "Help, please." The man on the ground wines. "Alright, I'm going to cut off circulation to your arm, I need you to stay still as I take out the bullet." Tiger gives instruction, grabbing a cloth and stuffing it into the man's mouth. He grabs a rubber band, wrapping it near the would and tying as tightly as possible. Working quickly, Tiger takes out his claws. The bullets deep, Tiger rips an x. The man screams into the belt as Tiger takes out the bullet. "What are you doing, you're supposed to take him to medical!" A soldier comes rushing by. Ignoring the soldier, Tiger rips his hand, blood drips onto the wound. The wound closes like magic and the once wounded soldiers can move his leg once again. "Oh my god, thank you!" The soldier takes the belt out of his mouth as he runs along to his friends.

Night falls over the field. The soldiers have taken their bow for the next morning. Tiger lays in one of the nacks in the trenches with Billy. "Hey Tiger.""Ya." Tiger looks down at the boy playing with his hands. "Why do you have cuts on your arms." Billy runs his fingers down Tiger's arm. "It's the side effects of my insanity." Tiger closes his eyes. Something is wrong though, there are vibrations coming from the air. "A bomb!" Tiger jumps up. "What!" Billy gets up. "I need you to shoot into the air." Tiger instructs Billy. "What, why?" Billy looks confused. "Just do it." Tiger says. "Shoot once I jump." Tiger says. Billy points his rifle into the air. Tiger prepares to jump. "NOW!" Tiger launches ten feet into the air. Billy shoots the gun. Tiger grasps at the bullet jumping another 10 feet to catch the bomb sending it back to the plane who just dropped it. Tiger falls back to the ground on his back. "OH MY GOD! That was AWESOME!" Greg sprints to his feet. "Those bombers are going to be a pain in our ass, we got to destroy them." Tiger groans at the impact of the fall. "Are you alright, do we need medic?" A soldier asks. "Nah, I'm fine, you guys sleep." Tiger tells them standing up. "Nah looks like we'll be fighti-" "I will, you guys wont, got it." Tiger cuts off another soldier. "I'll see you guys in the morning." Tiger disappears. "WAIT WHAT!" Billy panics. Tiger appears in a whole, near the Japanese trench. Then he walks over in bravery to the Japanese sound asleep. "Sup motherfuckers." Tiger prepares for a fight. The Japs wake up in surprise, one shoots, but Tiger dodges the bullet. Then he ignites his hair, fighting and stabbing each soldier coming at him. 20 Japanese soldiers pounce at him. Tiger dodges a fist, catches a bullet. He decapitates a head until he gets hold of the leader of the troops. "Let go of me you scum." The man weeps like a child. "Call of the bombers, and I'll spare you and your troops." Tiger tightens his grip on the man's neck. "You can't defeat a whole army, that's insane." The captain protests. "O-ho your testing me I see." Tiger's hair melts the cavern the Japs have built. "Call of the bombers." Tiger digs his claws into the man's chest. "O-O-W, call of the bombers." The man cries. "Aw that wasn't so hard, now was it." Tiger pulls on a smirk and disappears leaving an echo of laughter.

Appearing back at the trench Tiger collapses onto the wall. "Tiger!" Sergeant Hilly comes running. "What in hell were you thinking!" "Just listen," Tiger says. The Japanese planes are retreating as less planes are heard than usual. "The Japs are retreating their planes, all they got now is the grounds and the water." Tiger says. "You beautiful maniac." The sergeant cries. "How far are the marines?" Tiger asks. "Miles of, why?" Sergeant asks until Tiger disappears once more. He appears at the beach on the island where he can see the ships. He teleports over the Japanese ship, igniting his whole body in flames and crashing straight in the middle of the ship creating a mega explosion. Then he jumps onto two other ships blowing them up and falling into the water. Tiger swims to the British boats climbing his way onto the boat with his claws. As he climbs on board, he's greeted with soldiers pointing their rifles at him. "Wait don't shoot, I'm Canadian." Tiger holds out his hand as he rolls onto the ship. "Son, did you do that." A British troop asks. Tiger nods, "What's your name" The troop seems to be a sergeant. "Tiger Maxwell sergeant, but I have to get back to the ground. I'm sorry." Tiger teleports back to the Trenches.

"BILLY! Where's Billy," Tiger appears in the trench. "He went over!" A soldier yells over the screaming bullets. Tiger panics, jumping over the trench onto no man's land. "BILLY!" Tiger sniffs out his scent, nothing. The heavy smell of gunpowder is covering Billy's scent. "TIGER!" Billy yells back from a whole. "DOWN HERE!" "BILLY!" Tiger yells in relief. He runs, slipping into the whole where Billy is. "What were you thinking!" Tiger grips Billy in a hug. There is a strong smell of iron around Billy. "T-i-ger, hey b-u-ddy." Billy coughs up blood. He's hit. "No, NO, no no no no no no no!" Emotions start filling Tiger's brain. Panic rises as he attempts at stopping the bleeding at his lung. "He-h-h-ey Billy, you're gonna be alright, don't speak." Tiger grabs for a bandage. "TIGER!" The sergeant Hilly slides into the whole. "He's dead, you can't do anything." Sergeant Hilly shoots his rifle at the Japs. Tiger sits paralysed at the sight of his best friend just laying on him. The sad emotions start to ignite into anger. "Heh, ha," Tiger starts laughing. "T-tiger?" Sergeant looks at him in fear once more. The laughing gets louder as he falls back into the mud. His body starts to smoke, black flames take over him. Tiger teleports into the Japs trench. "I'M BACK BITCHES AND YOU KILLED MY LOVER." Tiger giggles as the black fire explodes the whole trench to nothing, it's like the japs were never there. No ashes, just an empty trench. That spread 10 feet. They won the battle. Tiger calms down to his human state, as he carries Billy's body to the trenches. "T-t-tiger, what's happening, where did the japs go?" Greg looks up at the naked man who won the battle. "GUYS! WE WON, THE JAPS ARE GONE, ALL GONE." A soldier comes rushing. The men in the trench cheer. Tiger falls into the trench fainting.
