The surfer felt blessed, felt like he was walking on air….

...eventhough technically his feet were on the board and he was shredding through the waves.

The wind ripped through his hair, just the entire air blowing through each of his hairlines, made his foreheard as visible as day. Thank goodness nobody was seeing, cause they were way far away from where he was hitting the waves.

A smaller hill of water launched him a tiny bit into the air before he landed. His feet weren't strapped onto his surfboard. He adjusted his arms as he was riding the board, providing balance for himself.

Even with the wind blowing through his body, he felt the immense power of the sun, its heat rays bearing down on him.

Next, he saw a large shadow hovering above him. He took a few seconds to turn around, and saw a colossal wave. It engulfed him completely, and now he was under the sea.

With his eyes widen open he wanted to rise to the sea level, yet no matter how much power he put into his arms the distance felt farther.

His feet fell the sudden boost, almost like a floor elevating up. His head hit the surface level, and he was now standing. Looking at his feet, and then behind, his eyes captured the sight of a hand, holding him up, and an arm extending from the sea.

The sea hand lowered him to the beach, and placed him gently.

"Thanks for the save!" the surfer said as the hand gave a thumbs up before disappearing back into the ocean. The surfer then looked left and right for his friends.

They weren't there at all.

Well, I guess nature is more of a friend than my own friends. He thought about his natural 'savior'
