Chapter 52

Actually Ren felt that something is odd but threw his caution to the wind.

Mikhail did said that he would pay, he should not hold back for free food.

"Then I would like to eat some spicy crabs and shrimp!" Ren exclaimed kind of excited while looking at the menu.

It's been a long while since he tasted sea food and he can already feel his mouth salivating just from the thought of eating these food. He usually doesn't eat sea foods because it is expensive but now he would get a chance so he won't waste it ahh.

Mikhail picked a few side dish and called a waiter to order the food.

The school tyrant really can see properly with his glasses and he looked more calm like this compared with his fierce look everyday.

"Say, how about we make a bet?" the school tyrant said out of nowhere while they are waiting for their food.

"What kind of bet?" Ren asked his attention piqued so he doesn't mind listening to this little bet set up by the school tyrant, anyways he could always refuse if he doesn't want to participate.

This is Mikhail setting his trap but he won't say it.

He want to pit the little student so he could hold him in the palm of his hands so no other person could rashly steal him away from him. He himself doesn't understand the reason but he wanted to be the only one on the little student's eyes.

In a sense he is the type of person who moves to attain what he wants without thinking why he wants to achieve it in the first place. It is like he have this obsession that if he didn't attain him he would go crazy from watching someone else claiming the little student right under his nose. It is a feeling he couldn't put a finger to.

"The exams should be posted tomorrow right? How about betting on who gets the higher score on the math exam?"

Ren thought for a while and weighing his choices, he is not that confident in the mathematic examination but he did remember that Mikhail gave up answering the exam after ten minutes and just sleep on his desk.

On the other hand he knew that Mikhail is someone who excels in the subject but what could he do with that ten minutes?

"So what should we wager?" Ren thought that he should hear the wagers first so he could decide. If it is not that kind of a big deal then he doesn't mind agreeing to it.

"How about you return something you stole from me while I will take you to anywhere you like."

Something he stole? He did not stole anything from Mikhail bah! Wait, is it the money for the expensive hotel he used that one time when he got angry !? No way This guy is so petty he want him to pay up when he got kidnapped in the first place because of him!?

That's totally out of his budget! But if he refused would he give him no chance and straight up ask him for the money? Why does it seems like the only choice he have is to accept it or he would be in a great debt.

Hmp if he is being so petty then don't blame him for taking advantage of this too!

"Yeah sure in exchange you would take me to a three day vacation free of charge anywhere I like on summer vacation!"

There is no way he would lose anyways.

Ren who forgot that even Jiro got a high score on him in mathematics accepted the wager with confidence.

Mikhail felt that the little guy is thinking way too much with how his expression shifted a few times when he is silently thinking but he did not say anything, his eyes darken as he observed Ren. He couldn't believe that he missed the abundance expression on the guy's face when he is not wearing his glasses.

He could always take what is his and then take Ren-Ren somewhere on summer vacation. Both situation is a good thing for him so even if he win he would still take the little student around to have fun.

The school tyrant is confident that he would win the wager with how easy the examination is.

It is only the math test paper that he answered properly as he doesn't want Ren to find a new math tutor for himself, if he got a high score there then he could show his credibility even more to the little student and it looked like it is the right choice as he could use it as a bargaining chip this time.

"Then we have our agreement! "

Finally the food arrived and it was set up properly on the table by the waiter. After doing their jobs they went out of the private booth and left the two teenagers for their privacy.

Ren could smell the prawns and other seafood on the table giving out an enticing smell. He wants to grab them all and stuffed it into his mouth in glee but he waited for Mikhail to take a piece first as he is the one paying for the meal.

Mikhail noticed that Ren is staring at him rather intensely.

"Hmm what's wrong? Do you want me to peel some shrimp for you?"

"No, I'm just waiting for you to eat first."

Mikhail give out a sigh and grabbed a few shrimp from the platter and peeled them before putting it on the other guy's bowl.

"No need to be shy, here eat some and gain a bit more weight!"

Ren watched as the school tyrant still looked elegant despite just sitting there and peeling some shrimp for him. Their temperant is both heaven and earth ah

Tch. He would just eat this, since he wants to peel then let him peel ahhh.

Before he knew it he is happily stuffing food on his mouth making his cheeks to bulge like a bunny eating its carrots.

"Don't eat too fast nobody would steal them from you."

Ren ignored this statement from the school tyrant but why does this tone sound like he is coaxing a child? Argh no way it must be his imagination.
