Eren's POV
"How are we going to do this? We don't even have a plan." I said
"Nor the cure." said Armin
"Oi Eren!" called out a voice
I turned and saw Captain Hannes waving towards me.
"Mr Hannes!" I excitedly called out
"Damn you three have grown a lot." said Hannes
"The last time you saw me wasn't even a month ago." I replied
"Still it feels like time is passing by really fast." said Hannes, "But I wanted to ask, what the hell are we going to do about this."
"We don't even know." I replied
"Captain Hannes." called out a voice
I looked behind Hannes and saw Rico, Ivan, Mitabi and Kitz behind him. The last time I saw him was last year before the Sentinel attacked, well not really Sentinel.
"If it isn't titan boy." said Mitabi
Ivan just yawned and seemed tired.
"What brings all of you here?" asked Mikasa
"We were ordered to be here for some briefing with Commander Pixis." replied Hannes
"But you're not part of the Navy." said Armin
"Yea but he's still our commander." replied Rico
"What's Lieutenant Colonel doing?" asked Kitz, "Shouldn't he be training the Sentinels?"
"He's at the gym." I replied
"I see, anyway we got to go. I'll catch up on you three later." said Hannes
We waved bye and I felt sadness flood into me.
"If we don't stop this, they're going to be dead as well." I whispered
"I know Eren." said Mikasa
"We have to do whatever it takes to save everyone here." said Armin
"Anyways let's get back to work." I said
"Oh right, so we know that Australia is their main headquarters unless we still haven't found it." said Armin
"But Kit and Javelin said that the camp they were in was the only main headquarters in Australia." I said
"I know that's why something felt off." said Armin
"Our satellites can't reach any further than India." I said
"Wait."
Armin seemed to understand something.
"Wait, during the invasion they surrounded us entirely. The entire Navy surrounded us at the same time." said Armin
"What are you trying to say?" I asked
Armin points at Eldia and circles around it.
"We thought we were following the entire fleet but what if some parts of the fleet went in another direction." said Armin, "If Australia is their headquarters and they all deployed at the same time they shouldn't have been able to surround us at the same time."
I was honestly confused.
"Eren, if you circled around Eldia on a carrier how long would that take you?" asked Armin
"2-4 hours I think." I replied
"Exactly, if they all deployed from Australia we wouldn't have been surrounded at the same time." said Armin, "It would take an extra 2-4 hours until we're completely surrounded."
It finally clicked in my head.
"Yea, you're right." said Mikasa
"Armin you're so damn smart!" I exclaimed
"Well, we still need to know where the remaining fleet took off." said Mikasa
"Satellite." replied Armin, "We can check out our satellite."
I silently cheered and pumped my fist into the air.
"Let's go to Colonel!"
Ghost's POV
I put the last barbel wheel onto my barbel.
'900 pounds, easy.'
I laid on my bench and lifted up my barbel and started heavy lifting.
"One, two, three."
I put the barbell back in place and sat up but I felt a sharp pain coming from my ribs.
"Shit."
"You should take it easy." said Phantom
"I know." I said, "You can lift a lot more than before."
She dropped her barbel weighing 350 pounds.
"Only by 50 pounds." said Phantom, "You can't lift as much."
"I know, I've been slacking." I replied
"But it's good because you're ribs still need to heal." said Phantom
"I'll restrain myself, don't worry." I replied as I got up and hit the showers
After I finished showering I put on my gear and left the gym where Phantom was waiting for me.
"Let's go, it's time for some training." said Phantom
I nodded and just as I was about to leave I saw Eren, Mikasa and Armin running towards me.
"Lieutenant Colonel Ghost!" yelled Armin
"What is it?" I asked
"Can we check the satellite records during the invasion?" asked Eren
"Sure, ask Hacker, he'll help you on that." I replied, "But why?"
"We just want to make sure of something." said Armin
"About what?" I asked
But before I even finished my sentence they ran off.
"They're adults but they act like kids." chuckled Phantom
"Yea, Eren used to be 5'8 now he's 6." I said
"Same goes for Jean, Connie, Marco, Marlowe and Reiner." said Phantom
"Connie grew a lot." I said
"Yea, but I wonder why Eren decided to grow his hair out and make it into a bun." said Phantom
"Copying Annie's style." I replied
"Oh you're right, I didn't notice that." said Phantom, "Anyways let's go."
I nodded and we left to the training ground and she grabs a katana and tosses me one.
"Seriously?" I asked
"What? I never sparred you with swords." replied Phantom
"Nothing." I replied
'She's really going to kick my ass.'
We engaged, our swords clashing. I swung my sword up, knocking Phantom off balance but she kept her foot in place and was able to balance her out.
"I really should have taken lessons with you." said Phantom
I shrugged and raised my sword and lunged towards her. Our moves were fast, even I couldn't catch up with her. But then she tried stabbing me but I spun around and I went behind her and put the edge of my sword against her throat. She was surprised that I was able to finish her so easily.
"Damn you got me." said Phantom
I chuckled and hugged her from behind catching her off guard.
"Sorry, I just felt the need to hug you." I whispered
She holds onto my arms and nods.
"Let's stay like this for a few moments."
But then I felt something, no not something, someone watching me so I turned around and saw Aid with a camera taking a picture.
"Oh shit." he gasped
Phantom ran after him in anger and he started running away.
"I thought you were mature." I mumbled to myself
Eren's POV
"Hacker!" I barged into the room
"Oh hey, something wrong?" asked Hacker
"Can we see the satellite feed during the attack?" asked Armin
"Huh? Why do you want to see that all of a sudden?" asked Hacker
"We'll show you. Just open it up for us." I said
He seemed really confused but he went to his desktop and started typing a whole bunch of shit until it showed a map of Eldia during the attack with every single military detail on it.
"Fast forward to when they start retreating." said Armin
He presses a button and fast forwards to the part where they start retreating and stops a minute before they start retreating.
"Looks like they're retreating right now." said Hacker
I watched as the screen showed half of the fleet on the right side turn around and head back towards Australia but the fleet on the other side of Eldia the fleet also head towards Australia.
"What did you want to see?" asked Hacker
"Sorry we thought that maybe half of the fleet would head somewhere other than Australia." said Mikasa
Armin seemed disappointed but then something caught his eye and he leaned against the computer.
"Can you zoom into that smudge." said Armin
Hacker zooms in and there was a carrier with 7 other ships leaving the fleet and heading towards another direction.
"I was right!" exclaimed Armin
Hacker seemed really confused.
"What are they going to do with 8 ships?" questioned Hacker
"TMO wanted us to think that Australia was their main country of residence but they completely fooled us." exclaimed Armin
But Hacker didn't seem to agree with Armin but looked like he was thinking of something else.
"Armin I don't know about the whole fooling us but good job on thinking about this." said Hacker, "Let's call in Lieutenant Ghost."
He radioed Ghost and a few minutes later he came in with Aid, Recon, Phantom and Marksman.
"What is it?" asked Ghost
"Sir Armin asked about the attack and we checked the satellite feed and we found 8 ships leaving the fleet and headed towards the opposite direction." said Hacker
Ghost seemed confused, including the others.
"8 ships? What are they going to do with 8 ships?" questioned Aid
"Armin thinks that it's to fool us into thinking that Australia's their main camp but I think that's not the case." said Hacker
"But it does proves Armin's point that Australia might be just a secondary camp." said Ghost
Armin seemed a bit excited when Ghost agreed with him.
"Where do you think they're headed?" asked Marksman
Hacker shrugged but he still didn't seem to buy it.
"Sir what are they going to do with 8 ships?" asked Hacker, "Like I'm really confused."
"I'm confused as well with that part, but we do have some lead." replied Ghost, "Good job Armin."
Recon examined the screen and shook her head in confusion.
"Looks like they're headed towards Africa but why would they camp so close to us?" questioned Recon
"We're going to need the U-2 up in the air in every country in Africa, we need to find out what the hell we're up against." said Ghost
Ghost nods towards us and leaves the room while radioing Echo.
"Well done." said Hacker

Echo's POV
"This Echo I got nothing so far." I called through the radio
Flying through the dark night was calming, through the clouds, right below the starry night sky. I checked the cameras underneath my plane through my monitor and saw nothing. I turned on my night vision mode to see better but I still got nothing.
I sighed and leaned back against my seat and closed my eyes for a good second until my radar picked something up. I looked at my radar and it was picking up something pretty far from me, at least 5 miles out.
"Lieutenant Colonel I got something, moving towards it." I said through my radio
I grabbed my stick and headed towards the signal. After about 6 minutes of flying I looked at my monitor and I saw a whole city that was lit up. I quickly took pictures of it and sent them to HQ.
"Colonel are you seeing this?" I asked
"Yea I got it, looks like they're surrounded by a wall. Does it look like a civilian refuge or a enemy camp?" asked Ghost
"I don't know-"
I was cut off when my radar picked up bogeys on my six.
"What the-"
I quickly flew my U-2 through the night sky and I saw a glimpse of an enemy jet fighter tailing me. At least 3 jets were on my tail and they all opened fire.
"Shit, contact I got bogeys on my tail!" I yelled
"Get out of there!" yelled Ghost
"Trying sir!" I replied
I quickly dove down towards the surface.
"Let me show you a trick I've been learning." I smiled
I headed straight towards the ground and once I was about 50 feet above ground level I quickly pulled up and boosted my way back up into the air. One of the jets crashed onto the ground, exploding. I kept flying but I was still at least 20 feet above the ground so I pulled up and headed towards the clouds.
'I can try to lose them in the clouds.'
I began to fly in the clouds and I maneuvered towards a different direction losing them.
"I think I lost them sir." I said
But my radar picked them up on my left just in time for me to dodge a volley of bullets.
"Shit!" I cursed
The same two jets were on my tail again.
"You know what, let switch this up." I said
I dove down again but this time I turned off my engines and pulled up so now I was looking up but still flying forward. I then boosted my jet full speed and I boosted towards the starry night. The jets were behind me so I kept flying higher into the sky.
'Sentinel U-2 can fly higher into the atmosphere than those sukhoi su-57. Le'ts do the same trick Ghost did back then.'
Once I got to a certain height the jet fighter behind me couldn't fly any higher so they began to fall back down.
"My turn." I smirked
I began to fall down as well so now I was behind them. I began to shoot my machine gun at them.
'Good thing Sentinel installed a gun to the U-2.'
I shot the first jet and it exploded and started falling down in flames. The second one tried getting away but I was on its tail chasing it like it's my prey.
"Come one, come on just a bit more to the left." I groaned
Once I locked on to him I shot my gun and he exploded as well.
"Wooohooooo." I cheered, "Sir, I'm heading back to Eldia right now."
"Good job, you did the same thing I did. Head back to HQ." said Ghost
