That Night

He might have felt the need to breathe for a moment. Yin is a disciplined man. And whatever task he was given, it will always be done with satisfactory. Trapped in the endless obligation of being a royalty, he needs to breathe for a moment.

He was lost for a moment not knowing whether it was the light breeze that was coming in from the slight opening on the window or whether it was the pair of slender and porcelain arms that's currently clinging on his frame.

He doesn't have the slightest idea how did they end up in this predicament but it felt right. Whether it was him or the hero giving the form of intimacy, it felt right. Even if he's the one being hugged by the smaller teen, it doesn't give a weird feeling but instead he's liking it.

He glanced around the room and remembered what happened. This teen was comforting him. Yin felt stupid on breaking out of character and even showed a slight susceptance to the hero. He was expecting the teen to ridicule him but the ravenette didn't do any of that.

"Ryuu"

The hero was comfortably holding him and doesn't seem to be waking up anytime soon. A gush of wind entered the room and Ryuu scowled a bit before leaning more on the young adult's chest maybe to seek for warmth. He was breathing steadily as his chest made a gentle rising and falling. Due to moving around, his hair disheveled a bit and Yin brought his fingertips to brush of Ryuu's hair to the side.

The ravenette murmured on his chest and even though it was an audible sound, Yin has sensitive ears to hear more than enough of what the hero said. But, despite of his good hearing, he still want to hear more of the Hero's thoughts. From what was going on with his head to what's beating on his heart, Yin longed to hear every bit of it.

"Cold"

He heard the silent and almost non-existent complain from the younger man. As much as he want to be near the ravenette's hold, he have to close the windows to avoid further discomfort. He gently removed the slender pair of arms and he stood up to walk towards the window.

His feet collided with the stone floor and it was indeed cold. He hurriedly walked to close the slight opening of the window when a strong gush of wind that extended out the opening of the casement on the walls.

The moon illuminated the room with

a pale and beautiful luminescence. Yin looked back at the bed afraid that the cold startled Ryuu.

When he turned his head, he can't help but to stare deeper and deeper towards the object of the moon's illumination. Streak of beautiful night effulgence complimented the hero's skin that was showing from his shoulder caused by the loosened clothing. The pillow and the wrinkled blankets further praised the sight of the delicate man sleeping on the bed as the quilt hugged his figures as he slowly moved a little.

Yin took a mouthful of air when he realized that he wasn't breathing as he stared more and more at the natural flaunt of extreme gorgeousness. He can't seem to remove his field of vision that was laid on the hero. It's too much for his heart and he's loving every bit of it. He noticed that Ryuu curled his toes as he hugged himself indicating a slight discomfort. It was cute. At this moment, Yin wants to commit blasphemy. This is illegal. Too much.

His slender hand gripped the window and finally decided to closed it even though his inner self was reluctant to do so. The moon seems to love the child as if the cosmic ball of reflecting light wants to hug and bring the wonderful creature to show him the endless sea of stars. The room finally darkened when the source of light was finally covered. Yin turned to return on the bed but he was left agaping. Even without the moon, Ryuu seems to shine on his own. Yin looked at Ryuu as if he hung the stars in the sky. The moon really did love this beautiful entity.

Gradually, the luminescence diminished but it was more like Ryuu absorbing it. He unconsciously smiled on his sleep and relaxed a bit more as if he found comfort. Yin can't hold on any longer as he touched the face of the hero. At this instance, his attraction to the younger boy shoot out to the highest level possible. He promised to cherish this boy. That whatever happens, he will only belong to the boy. He felt a light ache to his chest thinking that the boy might won't give himself back to him. It was a bittersweet taste of adulthood.

Hesitant to lay beside this ravishing entity he thought of sleeping on the other rooms. He can never taint this beautiful- no, not beautiful, that will be an insult.

Exquisite, resplendent and glorious. He can never taint someone with his darkness. He clinched his fist.

'Ah, I really want him'

He decided to leave the room but when he was about to grip the doorknob. He heard a very soft spoken plea. It was only one word. Only one word but it stood out greater than all the phrase he heard from the younger. It was more than anything at this moment.

"Yin"

Ryuu called out to him on his sleep. He wants Yin. It was no longer a bitter sweet feeling but rather a luscious and saccharine taste. He loves every second of it.

'fuck, I really love it when you call my name'

How foolish of him. How could he ever think of leaving when they swore a lifetime attached to each other. Whether it was child play or mediocre promise, he will hold on to him.

He laid down on the bed and covered themselves using the blanket. At the edge of closing his eyes and departing to Dreamland. He felt the pair of slender arms hugging him slowly then he heard his name being called out again.

"Yin"

The Hero's eyes emitted with warmth and familiarity. He spoke in a soft tone. It was very light and soothing.

"Sorry, did I woke you up?"

The prince smiled and hugged the smaller teen back. He leaned closer and selfishly pulled the hero in his arms.

"No. I was cold so I closed the window. Let's go back to sleep now"

Before they could sleep again, Ryuu called out to him.

"Yin"

"Hmm?"

"You're nicer than I thought. I like this side of you"

The ravenette leaned and cuddled on his chest.

"Very gentle"

Yin smiled deeper and realized that he was falling more and more with no return of going back.

"Are you sober or still half asleep?"

Ryuu looked at him again and blinked, his long eyelashes fluttering and complimenting his face.

It was dark in the room but it was too vivid for both of the people hugging each other.

"Were we really ever awake? It feels like we're in a deep slumber and I like it here. If people dreams and they came true then Dreamland must be real. I want to look for it so I don't want to wake up yet."

Too Precious.

The hero is too precious.

Yin looked up above and back to the boy he's cradling. They might have had already lost both of their sanity.

"Ryuu"

"Yin"

"I think the moon loves you and might take you to see the stars"

"Hmm. Is that so?"

"Yes"

"Then show me the universe"

Yin was stunned. Too much but it made sense. If there's someone out there that will show him the stars then he will be the man to show him the universe.

"Okay. Let's see the universe"

"That's a promise"

"Eternally swear"

"That's good"

They didn't speak more and just decided to head off back to sleep. Tomorrow will be another day and both of them are looking forward to it.

Inside the room, two opposite entities are binded together by their arms that are reluctant to let go any moment now. The dark room was nothing compared to the burning romance of this world's greatest first love.

They were just too stupid for not noticing it sooner.

One was too awake and one was partially sober. Whatever happens in the future, Yin will never forget this day and he will carve it into his soul. It's the same with the hero. He finds himself smiling to sleep.

Drowsiness soon visited Yin but before he fell into Dreamland, he kissed the forehead of this young man.

"Ah this is beyond me now"

"Universe, please let Ryuu be mine"

That night they understood each other more. Blankets and wrinkled pillows, they love every moments of it. They brought themselves unexpectedly closer and neither of them are letting go.
