LiuQi holds the letter in his hands, as he rethinks the face of the person who bumped into YanTing. "That brat! Let's see what you had written in this letter of yours. Probably some embarrassing love letters, that'll teach you to be careful next time!" LiuQi says. Opening up the letter, he froze in his place. "To Prince Jin:

I like to inform you about this reformation implemented by the emperor and a newly appointed governor Mu DeYue. The reforms include a part where our empire shifts from an absolute monarchy to a constitutional monarchy.

In such, the imperial family and the emperor himself will in theory have their power stripped away and only having an emperor for ceremonial purposes or just a simple figurehead of state. All in a while, all the majority powers are to be shared among the Officials, Governors, and elected representatives of the peasantries.

The emperor seems haven't taken any action against this, and I couldn't be more worried about the reformist would remove the imperial family entirely if given the right circumstances. In the end, I wish Prince Jin and the emperor a good life and forever reign upon these lands.

Regards,

Zhou ZiTing"

"Impossible, such an important document should be delivered by horses or something, not some pesky brat!" LiuQi says in disbelief. As he continues reading, his palms start to sweat while his jaw locked against his teeth.

"LiuQi?" a servant calls, scaring LiuQi in the process.

"Wha...What?"

"Mistress is looking for you,"

[…]

"You lost it!!" ZiTing shouts. With his anger boiling inside of him and while his anxiety fuels his rage. "Worthless Dog!" he scolds, as he throws his glass of tea onto the ground, shattering into pieces. Frighten by this, his subordinate immediately kowtows his head on the ground. "How did you lost it?!" ZiTing furiously asks. "I…I bumped into someone while I was…" "Idiot! How can you be so stubborn?! I'll have head then as you're now useless to me!" ZiTing threatens. "Please have mercy…!" His subordinate pleaded.

"Do you remember what they looked like?" ZiTing asks again. Angered by his silence, ZiTing kicks him off the ground. "What are you waiting for?! FIND THEM!!!"

"Ye…yes m..my lord!" his subordinate says, as he stumbles out of the room. "And also,"

"If you find them, make sure to leave no witnesses. As you never know had they read through the letter."
