chapter 3 operation orcus elimination

two days had passed when we start this operation the preparation is almost complete

(Alice) hey why did we not use any magic preparing this traps and poisins

(Chaos kid) that because if we use magic the enemy will notice us

(Alice) how?

(Chaos kid) did you forget that orcus is a full fledge demon and demons are very sensitive in magic flunctuation in their surroundings

(Alice) oh! right i forget that information,so what will we do next

(Chaos kid) now that it is almost complete tommorow the plan will start and remember we only have one chance to succeed so i will do the work and you will support me ar the lookout for unexpected enemy to arrive

after that we finish every preparation we need to kill the orcus and the orcs that follows him the next morning we start the actual plan

(Chaos kid) you know what to do just be carefull that the orcs notice you

Alice nod at me and go to her position as for orcus we must be carefull to not be notice by him killing his subordinate by targeting the isolated ones until a half remain until the second phase of the plan

a group of orcs goes to their usual route of patrol and then saw a hooded man

(orc 1) human squee

(orc 2) kill human squee... human see orcs base must kill squee

(orc 3) kill fast squee before master see human squee

as the orcs chase the running human into the trackless woods as the orcs came closer to the man they became excited as if they are hunting a very weak animal as they became nearer the man stop and then scream

(man) NOW!!!!

suddenly the group of orcs suddenly fall to a deep pit on the ground they suddenly realise this is a trap but its too late to react and they are impaled to death as they reach to ground

(girl) wow such a small object but to support you from falling into that big hole

the astonished girl show her face to the hooded man is non other than Alice and the hooded man is obviously Chaos kid as he remove the hood

(Chaos kid) this trap is actually with a help of my skill [geometry] and [mathematics] to help me adjust my traps

(Alice) wow such uncommon and usually useless in battle can be use in such ways

(Chaos kid) thats because im such a genius and i use my ability practicaly and dont waste a single drop of it

as Alice look at me with a doubt we go the second group of orcs this time i kill them with guirella tactics and always aim at the neck so

they cant scream for help because of my rapid amout killing i think that the orcus will notice it now but its too late my plan is almost complete

at the huge cabin a huge orc sitting in a wooden throne but this orc emmiting miasma

and intellect of this is much higher than normal it was a Orcus a demonic subspecies of Orcs with a strength that cannot be compare to Orc warriors even Orc lord itself

(Orcus) hmmm something is not right i cannot feel the half of orc here is there a problem outside

(Orc) yes master Grull squee just recently there are some report squee that the scout and patrol guard just suddenly vanish squee around the base....

then suddenly the orc who just reporting the situation is being burned to ashes by fire magic casted by Orcus named Grull as he speak with rage

(Grull) useless!! useless!! useless!! why did someone report it to me too late!!!! you useless bunch i was planning to bring you the demon kings army but i change my mind but still your kind is still usefull to me but first kill the intruder lurking around

(Orcs) YES SQUEEEEEEE!!!!

(Grull) what a bad luck we just started a two weeks ago and someone already spotted us here how can a go back empty handed like this i just scouting for new rercuit for the army damn it they will laugh at me when i return

as Grull enrage his aura was release with a mix of miasma that make the surounding look more scary

(Grull) whoever mess with me will suffer more horrible fate than death

(Alice) hey Chaos the orcs moves differently now i think they notice our movement

(Chaos kid) dont worry i am prepared for this so go to the that place where the main trap is set i will bait them there and they will never notice it

as Alice nod at me and go toward that place come to think of it Alice is very reliable and it will be perfect if her mouth is always shut and

my trustworty partner doesnt even talk for the last two days and enjoy it as a spectator ohh well we already have a plan

after a few minutes i show my self infront of group of orcs and then charge at me i open my [inventory] and use a spear this time its not a normal weapon it a silver grade weapon name lightning pole as the name suggest it is a magic weapon with lightning elemant endow in its rune and i strike the orc at the middle and hit him at his chest as lightning discharge in the tip of the spear and kill it with the shock of the orcs beside him he grab the oportunity to cut their necks offguard then run away the remain orcs enrage and blindly chase him as time goes by orcs increase in numbers but at the same time some of them die when they get nearer at him and then some orcs notice a dead end and makes them smirk as if the man life is set in stone when they reach the dead end Chaos kid use [bowmanship] skill [light feather] and jump to the mountain wall and at the top he stop and turn around and throw a flask of unknown liquid at the orcs and then it explode and the liquid splash towards the orcs and the came in contact it sizzle and melting and worst of it the melting parts of the orcs touches other orcs melts in contact as well and Alice looking at it feel it was hell and remembering its ingredients scare her

(Alice) such normal plant and mineral can be seen everywhere can make such scary poison like this i think i should learn [ biology] and [minerology] what a scary skills that kill a lot of creature in one go

(Chaos kid) ok after the half of them are killed they will be vigilant and the reinforcement will be ready to go if that happend i will lure them all and go to that cresent shaped mountain and kill them all with one swoop

(Alice) ok but how will you kill them all their numbers reach 800 more even we kill the half of them how can we kill the remaining 400 orcs at once

(Chaos kid) well of course i have a way and that is corosive poison

(Alice) corosive poison?.....what is that?

(Chaos kid) its a poison that destroy your organic substance when it have a direct contact and highly infectous to one person to another and spread fast a single drop of it can

kills of tens of average person normaly but if it was already spread wide and in a crowded place it will kill everything even if you have a high resistance to it there will be some effect into the victims body so even some survive we just have to finish them of in the distance

(Alice) im just curious what is the material needed to make that?

(Chaos kid) ok i will tell you you need is first a [spring dew] next [white lily] then add some [wolf grass] then [mercury] mix for 3 minutes then put [poison mushroom],[goblin blood],[monster core] and finnaly lets add [ocrs bane flower] to make sure that the orcs will die

(Alice) [orcs bane flower]? what is that?

(Chaos kid) it is a plant that absorb the resentment of any creature that killed by orcs by the way there are a lot of poisonous plant that created from resentment from human like [soul stealing flower] or [death grass] that often saw in a mountain of monster corpse but that will not stop humans to get those plant for researching for medicine or weapon of destruction of races or other kingdoms

(Alice) how dreadful however we dont have a choice but this huh....

(Alice) well time kill the one who persist from melting away its quite cruel to do this

after Alice finish talking she prepare her magic gun and finish off the half dead orcs that still clinging for life while Chaos kid prepare his bow and arrow and do the same few hours later no orc survive this genocide

(Chaos kid) pheew.... lets rest for a bit this is tiring thing to do both physically and mentaly

from hearing them begging for their lives

Alice stumble from where she stand and her leg is shaking while thinking about what they done and will make her dream for a long time with a restless look she ask Chaos kid

(Alice) what will you do if it was humans and not orcs will you do the same

(Chaos kid) yes

this answer make Alice shiver down her spine and imagine that it was a human infront of her make her more scared

(Alice) but but.....

(Chaos kid) i know what you think but will they give us mercy if it was the situation is reverse

Alice knows it but she cannot erase it from the bottom of her heart

(Alice) i know that if the attack fail we will die or worse they will rape me and make me their breeding brood for orcs it just hard to swallow this scene

(Chaos kid) yeah but if you want to be real adventurer you need to bare this because many adventurer dies from hesitation or mercy to the enemy

(Orc) master squee orcs that chased the hooded man never return squeee and he remaining here are 34 including myself squeee

(Grull) WHAAAAT!!!!!

the orcus Grull cry in rage hearing the report of none of the orcs return from chasing the mysterious hooded person and without information he cannot go from not being prepared of possibility of a ambush and blaming the orcs for not thinking over the situation making every command fail and cannot ask for help for the sake of his final pride at this situation

(Grull) f*ck why did everything is not goes to my plan and if not for those f*ck*rs in the castle i wouldnt be here in the first place saying this is my final test maybe this is a set up all along to get rid of me but i will survive and return to the demon world victorious and i will get back at you several folds

then he gave up waiting and find the the hooded man himself to not waste more of his time

(Grull) congratulation whoever you are you make me move as a reward i will personaly find and kill you slowly to savory it hahahahahahaahahaahhaha!!!!

Grull stand up and start moving with a maniac laugh on the way to find the hooded man or any person on the way

back at the hollow tree were the rest eat the dried meat Chaos kid prepared in his travel

as they eat they feel the earth tremble a bit and a loud sound can be hear at the direction of orcs base

(Alice) Whaaa...

(Chaos kid) hush...

Chaos kid stop Alice from screaming and whisper at her ear

(Chaos kid) dont make a loud noise it may notice our presense of you scream ok

after that Alice calm down and even without asking she know who is the source of this phenomenon and remembering the plan she look at chaos kid with a serious look saying to be careful and chaod kid answer with a confident smile with a mocking look in his eyes seeing this Alice regreting to worry about him

(Chaos kid) ok its time to finish my mission this is quite hard and the time i return to the guild i will ask them extra reward for misplacing the rank of this mission giving me so hard time if other accept this they will run away from the sight of the orcus and it will be to late for this village to be save if they try to prepare before establish a raiding quest here

after speaking Alice wonder if Chaos kid is bragging or telling his complain to the guild for not fast for this mission and then before Alice notice Chaos kid is gone and heading straight to the enemy thinking back then the real reason Alice talk to him rudely because she envy his life unlike her boring everyday life Chaos kid always fight to survive and there is always something happen with this she think his life is fulfillling but these 3 days with him she notice that his life is full of danger and need to be merciless to survive seeing to true life of the adventurer she remove her dayfreaming but this will never give up her dream being a adventurer to explore to world and make her conviction more solid

(Alice) after this if you ever survive i will follow you to become a real adventurer i will be waiting here

after her monologue to her self she clench her fist and wait for chaos kid victory

after rampaging with his giant mace the orcus Grull feel a presense of a person and after a clear look he saw a young man holding a spear and see that the spear emit a crackling thunder

(Grull) so you are the hooded man to think a kid will give me this much trouble as a reward i will kill you nice and slowly

(Chaos kid) yeah yeah can you skip that villain dialogue its overrated often used so skip that and lets fight already

and the fight begins
