Chapter 1: Buying The Forbidden

A white house that lays in wait of buying started to rot from no one taking care of it. Not single soul thought to buy it and let the house to rot just like the story from years ago of the 6 yr old boy who murdered his sister out of cold blood. The white paint was beginning to peel off the wooden walls as its inside has been deserted from the furniture that it used to hold. The porch began to crumble from the slightest weight until it had a female high heeled boot steps onto it. Not letting a creak go by as it let out a groan from the house.

"A-Are you sure that this is the house that y-you want, ma'am?" A scared middle aged man said while fixing his round glasses from shaking in fear. His hair was short brown and choppy, his clothes is a tan tuxedo with matching brown leather shoes, and he is holding a brief case.

A woman with long dark purple hair the rest almost above her waist looks at the house before her with red piercing eyes. She moved her foot in slightest to the right of her to test out the porch some more before turning towards the retailer, "I want to see the inside." Her face looks about that she could be a model if she wanted, but she wasn't and her voice has a singing evil melody to it that can send any human male down to her feet. She turns her eyes back onto the house before fixing her black leather jacket which has small spikes surrounding her shoulders. Her skinny black tight jeans the perfectly fitted her moved from her black high heeled boots that went almost up to her knees, "Now." Her voice became alarming as she hears the retailer runs up the almost broken stairs and watching him shakily unlock the white wooden door before her.

The retailer unlocks the door with a golden rusted key and opens the door to let the woman walk in, "J-Just letting you know Ms. Yugin, I do have other houses down the street which might peak your interest."

"No thank you, Gary. Also my name is Regina Yugin. Not just Yugin." Regina begins walking into the house as her heels click against the house's wooden floors. She turned her eyes into every room before heading upstairs. Already knowing that Gary was standing outside still scared from the aura of the house. Regina continued walking up the stairs already not wanting to leave the house. She can hear the whimpering from Gary as he stood outside as the whimpering echoed throughout the house.

Regina stops walking in a room that used to belong to the sister who got murdered. She smirks as she feels the aura of the sister who got murdered still in the room. Her voice rang out into the room, "I know that a piece of you still here." She gets down onto her right knee and draws a circle with thorns coming out of the circle than draws a knife in the center before encasing the knife with blood being splattered all over the inner circle and the knife with blue fire that was coming out of her right pointer finger grew into the wood.

Regina gets onto her feet and looks before her to see an entire scene of a 6 yr old boy stabbing his older and naked sister. She raises an eyebrow to the scene before until she begins to puzzle things together. The 6 yr old boy has some sort of disorder and that took over his mind out of a guess. She steps into the circle and the circle no longer glows blue fire and the circle was no longer there. She turns and leaves the room than heads down the stairs to see Gary on the sidewalk and a bit away from the house and closer to the streets. She walks off of the porch and towards Gary, "How much?" Her voice peeks interest as her pale skin almost glistens in the dying sunlight.

Gary looks at Regina with confusion before clearing his throat, "I-It is $40k since it has been on the m-market for a while."

Regina takes out a black leather wallet that she made appeared from her back pocket and takes out a hard cash of $40k. She hands the money over to Gary as he stands in shock. Regina gives the poor retailer a half hearty grin, "Now the paperwork?" She brings her hand behind her back to make the wallet disappear.

Gary points a thumb to his red old fashion 3 front seats truck that was parked a few feet away from the house to the left, "L-Let me go get it..." He walks over to his truck to get the paperwork. He looks up through a window to see a man wearing a mask staring back at him wearing dark blue coveralls. He quickly tries to turn his key into his truck as he soon remembers what time of the month it is. Almost time for Halloween...

Regina watches Gary struggle in getting into his own truck as she walks over to him and stares at him, "Having trouble getting into your own truck?" She raises an eyebrow.

Gary points into the window of his truck to try and get Regina to see what he is seeing.

Regina looks through the window and sees no one through the window. She grows annoyed and looks at Gary, "I don't see anything." She walks away from the truck and back over to the house.

Gary turns his head towards Regina before looking through the window to see no one through the windows. He is happy that it might've been his imagination. He turns his key softly into his truck and gets into the truck to grab the papers for Regina can sign. Once he got out of his truck, he sees the man poking half of his body out of a tall bush, Gary quickly runs over to Regina and hands her the papers, "H-Here..."

Regina grabs the papers after taking it away softly from Gary who is shivering in fear. She turns her head around to see that no one was behind her before looking back at Gary, "You need coffee or something?"

Gary shakes his head, "P-Please finish up signing the papers." He shakily points at the papers.

Regina takes out a black pen with silver running along the ball of the pen and the end of the pen. She signs her name on all of the lines that require her to sign before handing it back over to Gary who smiled shyly before running away. Leaving Regina with the house. She shakes her head and walks over to the house and starts moving in her furniture and fixing up the place...
