Reunion Of Lovers

When she saw the principal leave, she sat on her chair with a thump. "New chemistry teacher? What nonsense!" She spoke with no care in the world. She wanted help with her work not another increase to her work.

Now that she saw Dae-Hyun, she felt good but there was something called anger rising inside her body.

"It is no nonsense, it is the truth!" Dae-Hyun who was approaching to sit beside Ah-Yeong heard her speaking annoyingly. He smirked and sat beside her.

She ignored his comment, adjusted herself on her chair and checked her schedule.

As she felt him just beside her, she thought 'So, this was the reason why I was thinking about him a lot these days.' But no matter how much she tried, she couldn't focus at all. She looked at him and saw him arranging his things.

It just felt like those days in high school when Ah-Yeong would sit beside Dae-Hyun and peek at him from time to time while he would arrange his stuff.

How strange it was... She was the first one to propose him and also the first one to break up with him. She was even missing him but now when she saw him close, she was ignoring him. Ah-Yeong felt no less than a hypocrite.

With a deep sigh, Ah-Yeong stood up and left the staff room. However, shortly after she was out, she heard footsteps behind her.

Kang Dae-Hyun was done with arranging his desk. Upon seeing Ah-Yeong walk out, he walked after her. It had been so long and he wanted to talk to her but the teachers inside the staff room were making things difficult for him.

He quickly followed after her only to be stopped midway.

"Why are you follow..."

"It's been a long time, Ah-Yeong!" He said gently after observing the empty corridor.

Ah-Yeong looked at him. She just wanted to laugh right now. But upon seeing the emotional look on his face, she didn't.

Well, to be honest, yes, it had been a long time.

"Yes, It has." She vaguely replied and turned around to leave when Dae-Hyun called her.

"There is still time for class to start, how about we talk for a while?"

If Ah-Yeong was to agree to this, she knew where she would end up to. But despite of knowing the pros and cons of doing so, she gave a nod and followed after him.

Kang Dae-Hyun took her inside the chemistry lab. As he entered inside, he looked at the laboratory and said "Nothing much has changed in this school."

"Yeah! It is the same." Ah-Yeong also agreed to him.

"And you also haven't changed, Ah-Yeong." With that, he moved closer to her. He brushed her lips with his thumb and said "Now that you are being called, Mrs. Jung, I wonder how many times that man has kissed you, here." He moved his face closer to her such that his lips slightly touched hers.

Ah-Yeong lowered her face. Seeing him so close, she wanted to hug him and kiss him but there was something called marriage which had already taken place in her life. If she was to kiss a man who was not her husband, she would be called an adulteress.

But she had agreed to the pros and cons which would be coming to her when she agreed to talk alone with him for a while.

Ah-Yeong kept her hand on his firm chest, looked him in his eyes and asked "Why did you come now? Why did you come after six years, Dae-Hyun?" As she was willing to be called an adulteress, she wanted to know his reason of coming late before kissing him, before starting everything which she had thought of doing.

"You see, I failed one year because I missed you so much and I couldn't focus at all. So, I had to wait for those exams and it took me six years."

But who knew that Dae-Hyun's lazy reply would make her heart beat crazily and she would not only go for a hug but even kiss him???

"Idiot!" Ah-Yeong muttered and jumped on him. She embraced him tightly and kissed his lips.

Feeling her embrace, Dae-Hyun hugged her back. He held her by her waist and kissed her. Biting her lower lip, he whispered near her ear "I missed you like crazy, Ah-Yeong!"

"I missed you, too." Ah-Yeong replied in a hot voice and pulled his lower lip.

Yes, this was it!!!

Dae-Hyun smiled as he inhaled her scent. It was just beautiful. She was just the same, nothing of her had changed and she was his.

Only Dae-Hyun knew how he lived for those six years alone with no one to talk to or share his thoughts, how much he missed her, only he knew that all. But now that when they were kissing in the school, after seeing each other after six damn years, made him realize that it was worth the wait.

Though, she was married, she was still belonging to him and this much was enough to satisfy his broken heart.

"Can you tell me that you love me?" Ah-Yeong asked while touching his forehead with hers.

Dae-Hyun gave a nod. He intertwined her fingers with his and said "I love you, Ah-Yeong." He lightly kissed her lips and Ah-Yeong kissed his eyes. "I love you, too."

Later after school was over, Dae-Hyun asked her for her address and Ah-Yeong frowned.

"What's wrong?" Dae-Hyun touched the crease between her eyebrows and pulled her cheeks.

"I don't want to go home. Take me with you."

Her sudden sentence surprised him and he asked to confirm. "You sure?"

Ah-Yeong gave a nod and he smiled. "Alright! Let's go."

He drove the car to his house.
