TO A CONCLUSION

"So, that dragon was in this forest too," Nana frowned, wondering if Dante was tailing them.

Nana and Alex found themselves in another luxurious parlor on the 4th floor of the castle, overlooking the busy streets of the Bonded Forest.

Alex struggled to suppress the raging bloodlines within him, and with time, they began to subside. He couldn't tell, but it seemed Dante's presence was growing fainter as he moved further away.

Nana noticed Alex's reaction to Dante's draconic form and understood why it was happening. What she wasn't aware of was the discomfort the three bloodlines brought to Alex. Soon, Alex didn't have to rein in his bloodline as Dante's effect wore off.

"If that is going to happen whenever he transforms, then it is going to be an issue for us," Al commented.

"Are you better now?" Nana asked.

Alex responded with a nod.

"What do you think caused all the commotion?"
