TAKING A CHALLENGE II

The Dark Spirit didn't seem to be scared of the ball of fire and Al soon found out why. From the moment the ball of fire was within the range of the looming shadow, it began losing its light and flames slowly. The size of the ball started to reduce and before it could reach the Dark Spirit, the fire was extinguished.

"I see," Al muttered as a small smile appeared on his face.

['What is it, what do you see?'] Alex questioned.

Al pointed at the Dark Spirit that he wanted to hit with the fireball and said; "Don't be so smug, that was just a test run. If I truly wanted to hit you, you'd be gone by now." The Dark Spirits and Soldiers only looked at Al, it was as if they couldn't understand what he was saying.

But Al took it how he wanted to take it, he saw it as a challenge.

"20 minutes left, and you'll find out." He said and turned back, making his way back to his team's camp.
