THE MESSENGER OF DEATH

A look of shock remained in the pupils of the Dark Being even after being beheaded, he couldn't even process what had happened properly before he met his demise.

The headless body quickly turned into a dark miasma and then the head followed after, which was then absorbed by Camron.

The pure, dark energy that came from this Dark Being that was comparable to a cultivator in the Spirit Awakening realm, made Camron gasp for air.

Usually, it was Camron's shadow that had been absorbing the miasma and it had never directly been absorbed into his body, however, this time, due to an unknown reason, the miasma was first directed into Camron's body.

His meridians were immediately filled with immense energy and found it hard to keep up. But this sensation only lasted for a short while, ranging from 3-5 seconds. Camron's meridians took in what they could and the rest of the energy was fed to his shadow.
